My thoughts exactly and well done you for forward thinking, Though well retired and comfortable I too downsized and my adult kids have their own homes ,but as you say it's the younger generation behind them that will have the struggles.

Whatever happens in the up coming election I just hope it's good for All Americans not just the chosen few, Neither of these candidates are actually fit to run the highest position in Government and it's time an age limit was set . Trump can talk the talk but will he be able to walk the walk?

I was actually talking about Trump with regards to one man making a difference. I guess there are plenty in America who could if given the opportunity.

Frankly I find it quite ludicrous that anyone would want someone in their late seventies to run a country the size of America especially after all the latest unintelligible rants he has made of late .

I have seen two great men in my lifetime make such a huge difference with the change my country wanted and needed fir the better.

I have also seen three other president's run my country into the ground while on office. I have lived through it here and witnessed it.

Quiet Riot often played in South Florida. I went to a few of their concerts.

I can beat the EPA estimates for my car, but city only in 'aggressive mode' I'm getting 25 miles per gallon. If I purchase a Prius, that number should go to 55 miles per gallon.

I'm guessing a quality paint job to be in the $4,000 range and you have to deal with the 2-tone remaining when you open the door and all the surrounding parts weren't painted down to the rubber gaskets. It's an ugly appearance and my car would actually lose value when I trade it.

Vinyl wrapping the roof would be a consideration... except it's got a tinted sun roof and that's partly where the sun beats down making the interior get hot.

That past four years have caused problems everywhere and now with ongoing conflicts across the World prices will rise even more.

The change in our weather has also made a huge difference to prices as Spain itself has suffered drought which has affected the economy with regards to crop growing and prices.We on the other hand have suffered floods which have ruined the farmer's crops.

This, it seems, is a ubiquitous problem on CS. I've been on CS since 2011 for a number of reasons, two of the three being the usual, but one is definitely atypical. Since first becoming a member here, 20,641 supposed woman have viewed my profile, with 1,087 "Likes." Concerning the views, I've determined that approximately 90% of them have been fraudsters, most trying immediately to get me to converse with them via a means other than on CS. So, that begs the question, Why is it that CS does nothing significant about that problem other than deleting them, because those types are right back at it the next day? Well, I know something ...! Similarly with the "Likes," ~90% are using that interaction method to make it seem that they are not fraudsters while also getting a few of the not-so-bright individuals to contact them; and, as soon as you do, they'll ask you to move off CS for conversation. Of the ~10% that are who they say they are in their profiles, all have found that the requirements outlined in my profile are either too much too deal with or outlandishly absurd, and that's the way I like it. :-) I don't need to get involved in a relationship which isn't going to work well for either of us. So, though, the aforementioned doesn't definitively answer your question as to why women don't want to meet up with you, it's info about how few are actually honest and sincere here, on CS. Chae Kyong An, from Washington, beat, stabbed and bound his wife Young An before taking her to nearby bushland and burying her alive in October 2022.

Young An managed to wriggle her way to freedom after 12 hours of being trapped in the grave.

Three officers on a US Marshals Task Force serving a warrant for a felon wanted for possessing a firearm were killed and five other officers were wounded in a shootout Monday at a North Carolina home, police said.


Shots were fired at the officers by the wanted suspect as they approached the suburban home in Charlotte and they killed him in the front yard, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Chief Johnny Jennings said at a news conference.


A second person then fired on officers from inside the home where a high-powered rifle was found, Jennings added.


A woman and a 17-year-old male were found in the home after a three-hour standoff that included armoured vehicles crashing into the suburban home in a tree-lined neighbourhood and tearing off doorways and windows. The two are being questioned, Jennings said.


"Today we lost some heroes who were out simply trying to keep our community safe," Jennings said.
