Tales of woe.....

I suggest that this wonderful site develop an al Gore rythym to screen out the fairly large percentage of scammers. Could be based on location, use of language, history, stories, etc. The few false positives could have a path to easily reapply, based on a few key variables. But then we'd miss all the great stories/proposals. Any folks have some of these to share, all intended to get USD's wired or mothers/kids in need of costly medical treatment? V-Aa.

Gold digger younger hotties....

Not really scammers, per se, but usually late 20 ish gum snapping heavily maquiaged sorts, often with child at home, dad long out of the picture, working for peanuts, in the dreaded retail sector. Ladies Madona. Photos focused on boobies, and if little is there, there are all sorts of tricks to make them look massive, such as pulling both upper arms to the sternum, while lifting with the lowers. In time, we CS older coot veterans learn how to vet these ladies away. But I take my time doing so, as there's usually a lot of fun, and less often something to learn, in doing so. Poor choices in life. We all have some.

Polls....They seem to be tightening,....

;;;and unlike the few severe Syndromics here, lifting and posting from fake, VERY fake, news sources, I try to use several sources, from all acknowledges political perspectives. I then perform a statistical averaging technique on these data. Usually I use the famous, and robust, VIERK, Institutet Booboozian Butt Scratch multiple regression approach. Strict honesty in statistical science, no less. You can trust us, we are not like all those others. Cross my heart, and hope to die.
Perhaps the usual expected effect of conventions. Sniffy, creepy, real racist Uncle Joe's alleged lead nationally, and in key States, ranged from 6 to 14 percent. Near the "shoe in" polls, some right up to election night, in blind, VERY blind, favor of criminal Hilary, last go around.
Bengazi, cattle futures, V. Forster, 30,000 deleted secure emails, etc.
Remember, anyone?

Mega Million hit a billion...

Tell me it ain't so... Mega Million rolled over again and the jackpot has reached a billion dollars. The lure is so great the lottery website is lagging with response.
Personally, having a billion jackpot wouldn't make me want to run to the lottery booth any more than 100 million jackpot.

Russia is building a wall!

Breaking News:
Vladimir Putin has ordered the construction of a wall along Russia's closest border with the United States.

Mr. Putin's translated address to the Russian people, "The Bering Strait is a natural border between Russia and the state of Alaska, but doesn't provide adequate protection from the greatest threat to Russia's national security; Sarah Palin."

Perplexed, Mr. Putin said "I long for the days when espionage consisted of more than standing on your front porch with a pair of binoculars".

Lucked out....this time.

The forecast this evening called for a possible tornado.
We don't get many tornadoes in New Jersey.
But, about 3 times per year we get warnings of potential ones.
To the defense of the news, we actually do get a few small ones.

One time one formed right in front of me.
It got started on a hot summer day, No clouds at all.
An SUV stopped at a 4-way stop sign and when it drove away, a very small tornado started,
During the next 5 minutes, it got bigger, and bigger & bigger
and was shaking large trees. Luckily it ran into a tall brick college dormitory,
or it probably would have kept growing.

About 20 years ago, a tornado went down a main street one block from where I was living at the time.
I didn't know it at the time. The next day I learned about it, as I witnessed the damage it
did to a strip mall a block from my house. It ripped the roof off of one building and some
air conditioners out of the walls of other buildings.

This summer New Jersey got some water spouts off the coast in the Atlantic Ocean and
also a tornado that fell some trees.

Getting back to tonight, I decided to walk to a store to buy some chicken. The store is perhaps a mile away.
When I got outside, it was strange. It was totally overcast, complete cloud cover.
It wasn't raining, but it was quite threatening. I debated driving or not, and chose to walk anyway.
As I began to walk, I noticed that every 3 seconds or so, lightning happened.
There was lots of lightning, but it wasn't the typical cloud to ground lightning.
It was all above the lower cloud level.
So, the clouds would light up all over the sky every 3 seconds or so, and thunder was mostly
not present.

On my walk back, the cloud lightning still continued every 3 seconds, and the last 600 yards, or so, it
started to drizzle a little bit. When I got 2 steps from my front porch, the clouds let loose.
They were pouring out buckets of water. Luckily, I had a wind breaker on, and my house key out of my pocket already. So, since I was in the rain less than 2 seconds, I didn't get drenched.

I lucked out....this time.

The womens' center.......

...all sorts of services. Typically run by dikey types, who are quite congenial, unless of course, they are somehow forced into interacting with a manly man. Then the angry style kicks in, ---forget the humor, and any trace of good will. Rush's quip fits. These jobs and affiliated organizations were created to give unattractive women places to feel they belong. Anyway, we're told of a fellow who thought he'd have just a little fun at their expense. He presented to one such place, claiming trans gender status. Now he is a she, all 6 feet and 270 pounds of him. But he kept his hirsute natural body, including ZZ Top style beard, and of course, these folks are so PC, that they immediately bought it all. They also indulged him in his claim that he was pseudopregnant, and wanted help going through a mock abortion, now at gestational age of 32 weeks. Fake Clinical Fetus Murder---VERY fake, no? He also said he needed a safe house, as his male domestic partner beat him up for the last time. He reportedly kept them going for quite a while. He left abruptly in a huff, when they said that all else might fly, but that finding an appropriate safe house might present challenges. This story shows how absurd LGBT culture can be, taken to extremes.
