Something about skirts

Pants are comfortable and "safe" for women, especially those who do a lot of climbing and so on. It is also possible for them to look sexy in pants. Still, though, there is something about a woman in skirts that is both compelling and appealing.

In my days in journalism school, "news" was described as being like a woman's skirt; short enough to arouse interest, but long enough to cover the subject matter. Hmmmn. mumbling

Some women prefer pants for utility purposes; others wear them for fashion. A lady told me it gives her a sense of being in control. Whatever that means. Some others do not even wear pants at all for religious reasons.

I have nothing against women in pants or why they wear them. It is a free world. Still, mini, midi or maxi, there is something about a woman in skirts...

Doing the Right Thing

I was raised with a very strict moral code. I was taught that lying was a sin as was gossip since it was a spiteful act that hurt people. I was raised to respect people and treat them well. I was told to always do the right thing even when no one was watching, because God is always watching. My father always said that a person was only as good as his word, so always keep it.

My grandmother taught me a great many things, as my mother had no patience with me. She was very religious, generous, loving woman who raised 8 children. She got married at 16 to my grandpa who was 32! She lived a hard life but she was always grateful and full of praise for her creator.

She told me that we are put here on this earth to help our fellow man whenever we can. The ideas of "looking out for #1" and "every man for himself," are wrong. She said when we see someone in need, and if we are able, to help them to the best of our ability. Even if it is only offering friendship and a shoulder to lean on and letting them tell you their troubles to lessen their burden.

I live my life by the strict moral code that I was raised with and I raised my children with. I am constantly baffled, confused and disillusioned when I observe people living in opposition to a moral life.

I will continue doing the right thing, because I know, at the end of the day, I have done my best.

Good night

In fact, whether men or women, what makes people addicted is not how much money they have, but the sincerity, steadiness, responsibility, and sense of detail they show from the inside out, as well as their unique preference. Only those who really care about you will be willing to take care of your emotions, stand with you, share weal and woe, and have you in the planned future. Contentment also makes progress, in order to be worthy of all your love. Later, what fascinated me more than my heart was my peace of mind.

The science of Happiness

Happiness, what a challenge? Do we deserve it? do we fight for it? rolling on the floor laughing
To achieve real happiness for one's self you need to be able to
evoke happiness in others. Those that cry out for help in this area
should be given assistance freely. You should be able to share what
secrets there are, to getting to this state of emotional bliss.
"Don't worry, be happy" is a modern slogan used often today, but
what does it actually mean? To be worried commands a solution
To be happy demands execution. To accept ones fate and be glad
about it. Are we giving up? Is this all we are good for?
No! I tell you, no!

Why do so many bloggers find the need to cover their eyes

uh oh

When I was growing up I was told that people that have something to hide cover their eyes

Untrustworthy people or those who are telling lies can't look you on the eyes

Shifty ,

Weak willed

Etc etc

So what is your profile pic saying about you

Manchester.

With all the cold weather and such, wouldn't it be nice if the Government gave all the pregnant women in Manchester an extra pack of fags with their rations?
