I knew we would meet again.
DST you bring more light into my day.
Not that moving the clock actually makes the days longer (some people dispute it) but I'm okay getting up before sunrise.
Really!

...for US pols who have never held a real job, nor ran a real business, nor met a real payroll. No, corruption for family members over seas doesn't count. As with affirmative action Hussein O (Communist organizer, fake law prof, VERY fake, author---via Ghost real writers, and two term do nothing POTUS), and creepy Joe Alzheimer's (almost forty years in the US Senate, after graduating ranked bottom in law school class), few useful job skills. With the great employment scene under the current Brilliant keep promises President, all sorts of new jobs need vacancies filled. All have seen those yellow school busses,in their hundreds of thousands. Well, someone has to lubricate and rust treat underneath them,---commercial ones as well. The Voters and DNC have arranged for Comrade Bernard to be the first on the job. Even helpfully throwing him right into his new real work role.
Last time I commented on something I found original, interesting, and a little controversial, I found myself adding a disclaimer to fend off the nasty comments I might (MIGHT) get in response. Uh no. Deleted my disclaimer. IF someone wants to take issue, and IF I happen to notice them taking issue, time enough to react.
When did we let those ghastly old muppets Statler and Waldorf take over and ruin the fun? Back to the balcony with all hecklers! Bring back friendly chat please please bring back banter!
My new year resolution (took a while, I know) - I will try, on all social media, to just comment. No disclaimers. No explaining. No preaching. No apologising. No heckling.
Ïn effect, "I found this interesting, I'm reacting because I'm glad you posted it" .
The average new year resolution lasts what, 3 days? Oh well. This one starts right after this disclaiming explaining preaching apologetic (but at least non-shouty) blog. My next blog will, I hope, be interesting enough to provoke chat and banter. Just preparing the ground here.
(Heckling has so become the norm anyone who wants to practice normal comments feel free to add a completely random comment at any point.)

Two nights in a row, we have a mini-winter with temperatures in the 50's
It was time to 'fire up' the heat and make the place toasty!
Mild winter is one good reason why I prefer to live in South Florida.

I heard a married woman say, "no he didn't say that, I never gave him permission to speak." (In reference to her husband...as the other married woman she is speaking to is laughing her a** off).
Last night a single man says, "I never realized what I was missing in life." (In reference to his enjoying his single life vs. under the control of the ex-wife who all she wanted to do was sit on the couch and watch tv.)

For there to be a new world order, there would have to have been an old world order.
What does that mean?
new and old.....
is pretty obvious what that means. Old, something that has been and might be coming to an end. New, is something that has yet to be and might be coming to a beginning.
world...
well, that could mean somebody's individual existence and everything that existence encompasses (that in my opinion would be the micro world) The macro world could encompass everything that exists that everyone experiences. For the time being, that could be the whole planet earth, but as we progress technologically, it could encompass more and more of the universe.
order...
when I think of order, I immediately think of its opposite, chaos. So order could mean that everything has its place.
With these three words broken down...if there is a "New World Order" coming, it would be nice to identify a possible "Old World Order."
I would argue that an "Old World Order" could have possibly been one that involved, religion. Religion allowed our planet to flourish to its population it has today. For Christians, we had the 10 Commandments to follow...to keep us in our place. Order was also maintained by family. Our devotion and love to one another kept everyone in their place. Order was in addition maintained by our work. Being at work 1/2 of our waking lives also kept us in place. In addition, the chasing of money also kept us on the straight and narrow.
These couple examples cover some of the major "old" world orders that have existed...and still do to some extent. But statistics would show they are on the decline....religious follwing...down, married couples..down, jobs are still around...but I will address this shortly along with money. (Jobs and money are connected obviously).
I am no expert here, but I am assuming that if there is going to be a "new order"...anytime you transition between something old and new, there is a short period (or long...depending on the complexity of the transition) of chaos between the two. Have you ever heard that saying, "It has to get worse before it gets better?" It is no different than somebody remodeling their house. Their house is in order before the remodel job, but is a mess in the middle of the job, and it is new order after the remodel job.
Now lets look at the state of the world as it stands right now today (2/24/2020). Take a step back from your day to day life and look at the state of our "world". I would say there is a lot of chaos in it right now. You have government feuding, genders feuding, rich vs. poor, religions losing their power over chaos...etc.
If this theory is correct, that would mean there is room being made for the "new order" to emerge. In other words, room for everything to have its place. When I refer to everything, I am primarily referring to...everyone having their place. If that is so, what is going to maintain this new order?

.....among other things, respond to greed and to fear. As do prices of real assets, such as gold. This huge drop in these stock markets worldwide, speak of fear. Many see the possible pandemic as the source. The clairvoyance of money? I'm into cash. All hundred dollars.
Throughout my life, my association with the Church has been very casual. I daresay I must have been christened in one, but I don’t remember anything at all about that. As an adult, it seems difficult to avoid churches altogether; lucky, in deed, is the man who has never been required to attend a christening, wedding or funeral. In my experience, the goings-on in churches can only be described as dreary.
Given what I have said so far, one might reasonably conclude that I don’t very much like churches, but nothing could be further from the truth. I love churches. Not all of them, of course, some are ugly and uninviting, but most are interesting. I very rarely pass a church without giving it a similar degree of attention as many men give to a shapely young female walking along the pavement. Although I like to think my reaction to the view is less unwholesome.
I like older churches that stand in graveyards the best. Particularly if the graveyard is slightly neglected, and the gravestones are all leaning in various directions, at various angles. I can’t say I usually give much thought to what might be beneath the stones, just as I don’t give much to what might be happening inside the church; it’s all about aesthetics, really. I just like the way it all looks.

...Now a protected world heritage site, by treaty, until 2048. Greenpeace courage and persistence did it. No shortage of opposition. Americans had a nuclear reactor there, and blew it up, after decommissioning. Idiots. French commandos bombed an activist boat docked there. Morons. A number of other countries tried their best to keep it open for mining and other development. Imbeciles. The useless and incompetent UN tried shamelessly to get in on the act late in the game. Debiles. But think about it. It is a concerted peaceful action by world nations, in opposition to profit. If this is possible, we should work toward other such treaties. Near earth space? The moon? Our oceans? Young ladies for older men. Geniuses. Why not?
