Since July, the number of new Chinese Virus cases in America has been on the decline, and the trend is continuing. You won't see this in the Democrat controlled press because they want PANIC AND CHAOS before the elections, it's their only chance of winning.
Think how much money Trump would save, if he merely obeyed the law, like most of us.
But no, he "had to be a bigshot..."

Manhattan prosecutor can obtain Trump's tax returns, court rules

NEW YORK (Reuters) - A federal appeals court on Wednesday said Manhattan's district attorney can enforce a subpoena seeking Donald Trump's tax returns and other financial records for a criminal probe into the U.S. president and his businesses.
In a 3-0 decision, the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan rejected the Republican president's claims that the subpoena was overly broad and amounted to political harassment by Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance, a Democrat.
"The President has a 'difficult' burden and an 'unenviable' task: to make plausible allegations that could persuade the court that the subpoena that has been served on him could not possibly serve any investigative purpose that the grand jury could legitimately be pursuing," it wrote. "His complaint fails to do so."
Jay Sekulow, a lawyer for Trump, said the president will appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court, and seek a stay against enforcing the subpoena. Vance has agreed not to enforce it for 12 days so long as Trump appeals quickly.
The Supreme Court has already ruled once in the bitter, yearlong dispute, having in July rejected Trump's argument he was immune from criminal probes while in the White House.
But the court said Trump could raise other objections to the grand jury subpoena to his longtime accounting firm, Mazars USA, for his corporate and personal tax returns from 2011 to 2018.
Vance issued the subpoena in August 2019. Trump is seeking reelection on Nov. 3.
A spokesman for Vance did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The unsigned decision upheld an Aug. 20 ruling by U.S. District Judge Victor Marrero in Manhattan.
It followed a Sept. 28 report in The New York Times that Trump had paid $750 in federal income taxes in both 2016 and 2017, and no income taxes in 10 of the prior 15 years, reflecting "chronic" losses he used to avoid paying taxes.
Trump has rejected findings from the Times report, tweeting that he had paid many millions of dollars in taxes but was entitled to depreciation and tax credits.
He has long resisted making his tax returns public, unlike his six immediate predecessors occupying the White House.
'IMPLAUSIBLE' CLAIM
Vance's probe began more than two years ago, and had focused on hush money payments that the president's former lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen paid before the 2016 election to two women who said they had s*xual encounters with Trump.
The district attorney has suggested in recent court filings that his probe is now broader and could focus on bank, tax and insurance fraud, as well as falsification of business records.
Trump argued that the probe was still focused on the Cohen payments, making the subpoena an improper "fishing expedition" targeting his business interests around the world, and said Vance improperly copied a similar congressional subpoena.
But the appeals court called it "implausible" speculation for Trump to suggest the probe was limited to the Cohen payments.
The court said grand juries "necessarily paint with a broad brush," especially in complex financial investigations, and do not know at the outset what their needs are.
It also found "no logic" to suggest Vance had no legitimate law enforcement reason to seek documents from Trump, just because a congressional committee wanted the same documents for its own investigation.
The court also found no specific allegations that partisanship motivated Vance.
Xi in China, Putin in Russia, the Mullahs in Iran. These are the most aggressive predators on the planet. Do we really want a pasty wimp like Biden who doesn't even know where he is or what year it is running our country or do we want a pitbull like President Trump who will go for their throats, beat them like a rented mule and rip them to shreds?
DEPLORABLES RISE UP!
Don't let Donald dominate you. Don't be afraid of him ...... Vote for Biden - Harris ...... help save Democracy.
Stephen Miller has joined the White House Covid parade - I cry crocodile tears for this hateful bigot
I don't think I need elaborate on that.
Biden's handlers demanded that there must be breaks every half hour during the debate (presumably so Sleepy Joe can get another shot of uppers since Biden refused to take a drug test and to revive him after he's knocked out). President Trump refused and wants the debate to continue without a break. Meantime, President Trump asked for a mandatory inspection to insure candidates weren't cheating by wearing an earphone. Biden's handlers first agreed to the inspection but then, at the last minute before the debate tonight changed their minds and will not allow the inspection.
This pretty much tells you what's going on here.
That way, he can infect more people there.
He CLAIMS that he feels better now, than he did 20 years ago.
Yep. I believe every word.

Trump will return to the White House after three days fighting COVID at Walter Reed

USA TODAY
WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump will return to the White House on Monday three days after he arrived at Walter Reed hospital with coronavirus symptoms that were alarming enough that doctors administered oxygen and several rounds of treatment.
"I will be leaving the great Walter Reed Medical Center today at 6:30 P.M.," Trump posted on Twitter. "Feeling really good!"
Trump, who has received around-the-clock care at Walter Reed Medical Center and several rounds of treatment, advised his followers to not "be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life. We have developed, under the Trump Administration, some really great drugs & knowledge."
Trump asserted that he felt better than he did "20 years ago!"
Trump's doctors said the president was given the steroid dexamethasone on Saturday following an oxygen drop. The World Health Organization recommends that drug only for "several and critical" cases. Trump received a single 8-gram dose of Regeneron's polyclonal antibody cocktail on Friday as a precautionary measure.
He also has received several rounds of Remdesivir therapy and has taken zinc, vitamin D, famotidine, melatonin and a daily aspirin, doctors said.
"Though he may not entirely be out of the woods yet, the team and I agree that all our evaluations, and most importantly his clinical status, support the resident's safe return home," White House physician Sean Conley said in a briefing Monday.
"Over the past 24 hours, the president has continued to improve," he said. "He's met or exceeded all standard hospital discharge criteria."
Trump's medical team suggested the possibility Sunday that he could be released from Walter Reed Medical Center if his condition continued to improve and White House aides – and the president himself – have asserted he is eager to return home, even as a growing number of West Wing officials announce they have positive test results.
The news came as the White House faced a growing number of questions about inconsistent and incomplete information provided about Trump's condition, not to mention a burgeoning number of aides who have tested positive. Top among those was White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany, who tested positive Monday.
Two other aides in the White House press office also tested positive. Many of those aides attended events at the White House Saturday tied to Trump's nomination of Judge Amy Comey Barrett to a vacancy on the Supreme Court.
On Sunday, White House physician Sean Conley acknowledged the president had been given oxygen and explained the decision to not disclose that information earlier by saying he "didn’t want to give any information that might steer the course of illness in another direction and in doing so came off that we were trying to hide something, which wasn’t necessarily true."
Conley declined to answer a key question Monday that would help assess the potential spread of the disease within the White House that officials have declined to answer for days: When did the president receive his last ‘negative’ test result for coronavirus.
“I don’t want to go backwards,” Conley said.
Asked about the president's re-election campaign, Conley said, "As far as travel goes, we'll see."

I grew up in NYC, a neighborhood known as Yorkville (upper East side of Manhattan) 85th st to be exact. On the corner of 3rd Ave there was a fairly new 4 story building called the Walter B Cook Funeral Home. One day me and my friend Danny went up on the roof to play. That's what 14 YO NYC kids do sometimes for fun. There was about a 4 foot gap between the building we were on and the building next door. Also, the building next door was 5 stories tall. On the side of the other building there was a fat green pipe which was used to carry rain water from the roof down to the sewer. Danny, who was part monkey I'm sure, said he could jump across the ally way and grab onto the pipe and climb up the the other roof. I said no way. He said watch me and jumped. He grabbed the pipe and climbed up onto the roof. I was amazed. If he missed, he would have fallen to his death. I stood on the edge of the roof debating if I should follow him as he egged me on. I confess I was scared and wasn't sure if it was a good idea. As I was standing on the edge of the roof a man, probably the janitor, came up on the roof with the handle of a shovel and came right towards me yelling. He got in front of me and swung the handle like a baseball bat and hit me in the left leg just below my knee. The pain was indescribable. I jumped down onto the roof and ran for the door and ran down 4 flights of stairs with this madman right behind me still yelling. I made it out of the building and unto the street and headed west up 85th st. The guy was still coming after me. Even though my leg was still hurting I knew that there was no way this guy was ever going to catch me, in fact my thoughts at the time was I was going to run this guy until he had a heart attack.
I often think about this event and wonder what would have happened if I fell off the roof. Of course I would have died and this guy would probably spend the rest of his life in prison, or worse. My friend Danny witnessed the whole thing.
