Freedom

The foundation principles for the Declaration of Independence was to address grievances and separate a people from a tyrannical king that under his rule mounted an unsurpassable form of government that harshly treated his subjects and gave no hope of reconciling those conditions to better the relationship between king and subject.
Today we are re-living that same atmosphere of dysfunction and split opinions and beliefs that faced the citizens of the original thirteen with the attacks that are being waged against those who continue to fight for freedoms and those who oppose freedom of individual and individual rights.
If you , as back then, speak or utter words of disagreement against the current self proclaimed king you are labeled a fascist, racist. bigoted hater simply for believing in the freedom granted by the original thirteen. Who BTW risked their very lives and pledged to place themselves in that risk all to bring you a free nation in which you can live. And let's not forget the countless lives lost in that battle as well.
Today we do have a dysfunctional atmosphere and our so called leaders are more interested, as was the kings court, in their views and wants versus what is needed to be done. I urge you to re-read the Declaration of Independence and pay attention to how the words were carefully chosen in that document that started this country on the path to freedom. You will see in those very words the price of freedom and the addresses of concerns that those who wrote back then and compare it to today. Not much difference..
The very same ideology that was against freedom then has been resurrected in today's Progressive party and is being used in the very same manner as it was over 237 years ago. To defeat a people who strive for freedom you must first knock them down and keep them down. The lessor of 2 evils is hardly the right choice to make, but making a choice between freedom and inapt servitude should be your concern with what is happening today and the attacks on our freedom and safety by a ruthless political party that has "self serving" ideas as to how a free people should live.
Cast your vote from pretend freedom or for actual freedom is what you need to do when you step up to the machine and press a button or pull a handle.

The Human Endgame

For better or for worse, we're in the approaching endgame now, with the direct Ziocon-US intervention into the Russian- Ukrainian war with direct military aid with heavy weapons being air lifted into Ukraine. Just 2 days after the Putin warned all nations that they are going to become legitimate targets for doing so, just as the Ziocon dominated US warned China not to supply Russia with weapons. The proverbial endgame is speeding up for all 6 or 7 billion of us now living through one of the wildest, most psychotic blood lusting times in human history, belatedly trying to stop the ocean levels from rising, the so called wars on terror from escalating and our collective mood disorders from spinning out of control. It seems that the next five years, at least will be the last ditch attempt to pull out of this deadly eco-psycho-politico struggle. It will be a fight to the finish against materialism, selfishness, decadence, opulence, corruption, greed and the psychotic desire to kill other peoples. We'll have to pull down a lot more Iron Curtains and Berlin Walls and create a lot more Mahatmas Gandis, Nelson Mandelas, and Martin Luther Kings... Can we do this? Are we collectively up to it? Are there yet enough charged-up people, communities, businesses, societies and religions out there for Humanity to pull through? To break the Ziocentric controls upon our societies that daily try to persuade us that Zionism Macht Frei as they shuffle their forces and allies around the planet which is OUR planet, not theirs to partition and rule over. Earth will not become "Planet America" or "Planet Israel"!
What ever happened to "arms control"? Why can't we all live our lives without the fears of Nuclear War??? Everyday people around out planet do not need Nuclear Bombs to live out our lives. We do not have frenzied psychotic desires to go out and kill our neighbours, for the most part despite the blood-lust talk and speeches by crazed politicians to make our planet "safe for Zionism".

Possibility of war in the future.

By Wang Wen, Executive Dean of Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies (RDCY), Deputy Dean of Silk Road School, Renmin University of China.

More and more scholars estimate that the possibility of a new worldwide ?onflict are getting higher

The Russian-Ukrainian armed conflict has become protracted, making the world a more dangerous place. On the surface, it is a military struggle between Kiev and Moscow's forces in the western and southern theaters. However, in essence, it's a total outbreak of a Cold War-esque confrontation in Eastern Europe, and it is also a full-scale counterattack by Russia against the endless strategic expansion of the US and its NATO military bloc.

Despite not formally sending troops, the US and NATO have used almost all means of mixed warfare such as financial sanctions, an information blockade, intelligence support, satellite navigation, and air and space technology to comprehensively strangle Russia.

In the almost two months since the conflict began, the West has imposed more than 5,000 sanctions on Russia, which is 50% more than the US has imposed on Iran over the past 40 years. More military assistance and financial sanctions from the NATO states are still on the way. This is undoubtedly adding fuel to the flames, stimulating Russia to fight back more. In particular, President Joe Biden’s words about his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin leaving power have made Moscow see this as a threat to its survival.

More and more scholars estimate that the possibility of the outbreak of World War III is increasing, and have even concluded that this could lead to a nuclear war. The situation is moving in the direction of global disaster. Putin cannot tolerate failure, and Biden is unwilling to give up, which will could compel Russia to use nuclear weapons.
Besides war, more disasters are happening. The war has displaced millions of Ukrainian farmers from their homes and led them to miss the spring sowing season, resulting in a decline in Ukrainian agricultural exports. Ukraine was previously one of the world’s important exporters of agricultural products, with its wheat and corn respectively accounting for 10% and 15% of the globe's exports of these staple crops. Fourteen countries are more than 25% dependent on Ukrainian wheat imports. They include Libya at 43% and Bangladesh at 28%. Without adequate affordable import substitutes, cities in some developing countries are likely to face a severe famine.

Food shortages and the rise in energy prices, caused by the fighting, have limited the production of more and more countries. The US, the EU, Argentina, and Turkey have experienced serious price increases, and the inflation rate in Europe and the US has reached its highest in 40 years. If we continue, will Elon Musk’s prediction of an economic crisis “maybe happening around spring or summer 2022, but no later than 2023” become a fulfilled prophecy?

Global warming, the inconvenient truth

Al Gore and his predictions. Did it happen?

Global warming. Polar ice melting.

Save the environment.

He claimed that by now the earth would have been underwater.

Wow, he said: BY NOW THE TEMPERATURE WOULD'VE BEEN UNBEARABLE. Is it?

Wow, he gave us the worst propaganda ever.

He's a demonrat by the way

Note: I'm not arguing with the fact that the climate is changing, nor would I argue that it is 4 billion years old. Science do claim, it will also going to perish or die. When? There's no time frame (yet).

California wants to regulate your bacon

KEY TAKEAWAYS
Instead of consuming less pork raised in ways it doesn’t like, California has imposed its will on other states.

California defends its law in part by hiding behind the principle of judicial restraint and in part by downplaying the law’s practical effects out of state.

Telling the rest of the country that they can’t eat meat unless California is happy about it is a step too far.

Imagine that a friend of yours wants to lose 10 pounds. You might advise your friend to diet, avoid unhealthy foods, and exercise more. You might even offer some unconventional tips, like sleeping regularly or keeping a daily gratitude journal.

But what if you went to all the stores in your state and told the owners that your friend must not be sold junk food? Or went to all the nearby gyms and told the owners that they must offer a weight-loss program specific to your friend?

Now we’re getting into the realm of the absurd, and rightly so. Your principles and desires, however justified they may seem, do not give you the right to force others to obey your will.

This scenario is playing out in National Pork Producers Council v. Ross, which the Supreme Court will hear next term. The case involves a California law, Proposition 12, that regulates the confinement of farm animals, including pigs, and was approved by more than 62% of California voters.

It is all well and good for Californians to decide that their pork must come from pigs raised in a supposedly more humane way. But instead of consuming less pork raised in ways it doesn’t like, California has imposed its will on other states. Because California imports most of its pork from other parts of America, Proposition 12 ends up regulating pork producers across the country. In fact, because the state imports a whopping 99.87% of its pork, the law has more of an impact outside the Golden State than inside.

This is nanny-statism on steroids. It’s as if one of 50 children appointed herself nanny and decided how the other 49 should be allowed to play.

The good news is, there are rules that forbid these sorts of shenanigans.

The Constitution’s commerce clause states that only Congress has the power to “regulate commerce … among the several states.” The Supreme Court has interpreted this to mean that state laws that attempt to regulate interstate commerce are unconstitutional.

This so-called dormant commerce power has invalidated state regulations many times. In 1945, the Supreme Court struck down an Arizona law that limited the size of freight trains because “the practical effect of such regulation is to control beyond the boundaries of the state … ”

In 1970, however, the court complicated this straightforward doctrine by establishing a balancing test stating that if local benefits come from the regulation, then the “incidental consequences” of that regulation may be justified, even if they interfere with interstate commerce.

These twin questions of external effects and compelling state interests are the battle lines along which the two sides in National Pork Producers Council v. Ross are arguing over Proposition 12.

California defends its law in part by hiding behind the principle of judicial restraint and in part by downplaying the law’s practical effects out of state.

Sad To Say But...

one of America’s preferred methods of confronting its adversaries is to ‘wage war by proxy’ against them, that is, to support the war of a group or country against a rival without militarily engaging themselves.

The history of the Cold War is littered with such examples, such as America’s backing of the Mujahideen against the Soviets in Afghanistan, its assistance to Saddam Hussein against Iran in the Iran-Iraq War, or, on a more contemporary note, its failed attempt to overthrow Syrian President Bashar Assad via local rebels.

Proxy wars allow the US to minimize its own losses by having someone else die for its aims while also procuring geopolitical gain by undermining rival states, at the same time maximizing profits for the military-industrial complex by keeping the arms flowing.

Fact not Fiction.

Musk backed OUT on the Twitter deal

JUSTIFIED? He's being sued.

Counter sue is the name of the game.

Disclosing all of the current practices on this company, Musk is vehemently proposing changes such as transparency.

He's scrutinizing all the management criteria to make sure he's able to control everything specifically eliminating fraudulent practices such as fake accounts.

Obviously there's a lot of anomalous parts in the real number of accounts presented.

44 billion is the number. The latest today, 4/25/2022

Yipeeeee Freedom of speech guaranteed.

Quite honestly? I'd have preferred that he'd start one similar from ground up and that'd be better.
