Last night, I smashed out a solid three-hour workout, combining some serious treadmill action with a bit of yoga. No idea how I'm still kickin' after that, The holiday season went a bit overboard on the eating front, so now I'm on a mission to shed those extra kilos. Gotta do it, though – the job demands me to be in top-notch physical shape, and I'm gunning for a set of ripper abs. Time to sweat it out and get back in the game! I'm starting my reading challenge for the year. I'm excited to dive into some books. Do you have any recommendations or favourite genres? I'm looking forward to exploring new reads and reaching my reading goals this year!

To improve your appearance and impress men, perhaps you should consider the following:-
Wear your hair long and don't bleach it.
Wear skirts that are above the knee, preferably mini style.
Choose colours carefully and with taste, and ensure they match.
Don't overdo the make up and look as though you are wearing a mask.
Don't tattoo your body. It's just tasteless.
Wear shoes that you can walk properly in and not look as though you are drunk.
Don't wear cheap lipstick that makes your teeth look red, as if you were wearing a gum shield.
When you are eating, don't lean your elbows on the dining table, and hold the knife and fork properly.
Use a tissue to wipe your nose, and not your sleeve.
When seated in public, if you're not wearing underwear, please cross your legs.
Make sure that if you are wearing a bra, that it is properly adjusted. The new cowgirl bra enables you to head them out and point them in the right direction

I have a pretty good memory for photos I've seen before. Checking new members on another site, I came across one I thought was suspicious... just something about it that got my attention. It reminded me of the 10 members with the same dress, hairstyle and brick wall background.

That led me to a site called 'faceinahole' where you could superimpose an image into an existing surround. It's like 'Photoshop for dummies'

My suspicion was correct. While I don't know the origin, I was able to find other photos of 'different faces with the same background' and consider them to be fakes...
Why? Because they are.

Investigating more, I found a site that links to TikTok and a few short clips showing how someone stitches their face into a background:

WHY SHOULD ONLY GALS HAVE ALL THE FUN !!!

My dad found an old glam shot I did when I was 20. He said Omg look how beautiful you were. What happened? Omg my dad is so mean. Haha! Enjoy this pic all. My dad wanted to keep it. I said no I want it! It’s my photo! Then he found another one so I let him keep it but my gawd what am I a dog now?? I didn’t even like how she did my makeup for this session.

So this is not a catfish guys because I dated the photo. Don’t come at me. Just thought it would be fun to post.
