Climate change deniers....

Deep state deniers. Sadly, those in the latter group can attribute their challenges with perception overwhelmingly to the worst forms of TD-HD Syndromes. Often an interesting clue to diagnosis, the umbilical connections between the faltering Democrat Deep State and other entities, such as the fake news media, VERY fake, notably MSNBC, CNN, and many large metropolitan fish wraps, ---connections crystal clear to Patriots, go completely undetected. Regrettably, some of the afflicted, even after the highly evidenced based VIERK Institutes cash only up front remedies, seem only to experience partial recoveries, and this striking feature of the diathesis remains. We are all working feverishly, however, for the complete cure. It should be even more costly, in time and money. But we are considering taking newer Mercedes on partial trade, from the many suffering limousine liberals.

Corruption of many colors...

Here in the West, many often like to look down our noses at various corrupt poor countries, where this scourge of civilization occurs at many levels. The West sends lots of money for health/infrastructure/nutrition, and the people never see any of it, ---some fat medal chested general and cronies/hacks get most of it. These clowns often drive used Cadillacs. ( Q. What do nine out of ten used Cadillac owners say? A. -Dat white man shu nuff make a FINE automobile.) But I digress. Sure, when a legislator here in the fat West, induced by lobbiests with big bucks, has a military installation placed in her district, of course it's a form of corruption. But on more local levels, petty official corruption seems much more common in the so called developing world. Just got another code compliant building permit for another penthouse on the 20th floor, of VIERK mansion number 6. It cost the $35 for the permit, paid by anyone, but I didn't have to slip a C note (M) taped into the inside of the application to the official. Most of you have heard of how it is much different in many poorer places, where the rule of law is more fleeting. In the subcontinent, it's called "dash". However, in a few remaining speed trap (M) small southern US towns, some say it still helps to put a double sawbuck (M) folded into the license when handing it to the highway policewoman.', who just stopped you, when you were driving responsibly.

thankfully it's only cabinet doors...

My associate is struggling to satisfy a client who rejected some doors with hairline cracks in the joints. Today, he didn't give him grief on a large door that was damaged in shipping. We'll replace the door, it's the abusive complaint that isn't necessary.
Some connection to the client in the medical field said a diabetic patient went for surgery to have a leg amputated.
They cut off the wrong leg.
It makes the crack in the door issue became less significant.

AND, ye CS non lemmings...

,,, The US offfice of the judiciary has powers and deep pockets enough to make even those of the US Congress jealous, now that it's fully on board. AND, unlike many members of the latter, AG Barr is wisely and professionally choosing not to use hyperbole in his rare announcements, unlike POS, Scumer, Pelosi, and many others. His initial statement was a calm, "I have some concerns about the Mueller investigation". Slick. But with such resources, perhaps things will expand to criminal inquiries into ALL of the failed witch hunts...from Stormy onward. Even those lying wenches against SEATED US Associate Justice (for life) of the Supreme Court, the decent and most honorable beer loving Dr. Kavenaugh. In particular, witch hunt participants, who gave misleading testimony, should come onto a very deep felony/prison carpet. Justice. Too many tingles down the legs.

A Nagging Weight

After a lot of teeth gnashing and hair pulling, I finally broke down and phoned my bookkeeper to ask her to do my books for the past 18 months.

Yes, I'm way behind. No I haven't filed my taxes for last year. I absolutely hate bookkeeping and have had lots of good intentions this past year to input everything. So many, in fact, I have a personal road to hell, already paved, I'm sure. ("The road to hell is paved with good intentions"). Don't know who said that.

After sitting down in front of my bookkeeping program and trying again to figure out what goes where, I finally broke down and phoned the bookkeeper to ask her how much she'd charge to get me caught up. It wasn't nearly as much as I thought it'd be. With a huge sigh of relief, we agreed she'd come and get my stuff next week, take it home and get my books done. Right up to the current date. YES!

And after that, she'll do them on a monthly basis, because I just don't want to be bothered with it. For the cost, it's well worth it for her to do it. And then it leaves me time to do the things that I'm good at and like to do.

The only things I have to do from now until next Tuesday is print out all my bank statements, and download all the reports from Amazon and PayPal.

That's another thing I finally made a decision on yesterday. I closed my seller account on Amazon, fed up with their heavy handed bs on how I run MY business. I've told them numerous times, I don't work for you! With not only monthly fees but now they say 15% fees on every item sold, which seems to be more like 25%, I finally had enough and closed my account. I have my own website, and if people really want the product, they'll do a search and find my website. If not, I don't really care. I'm into other things now.

I have no problem paying PayPal the fee they charge to accept payment, but I'll be damned if I'm going to pay Amazon for them to dictate to me. Some other sellers have said the same thing about Amazon. They might be good for the buyers, but they treat their sellers like garbage. So bye-bye Amazon.

I've managed to get some small things caught up that have been nagging at me for weeks. I still have a bunch of photos to edit from the week I was with the architectural photographer, but now that these other things are done, I can do that without the pressure of "I should get this other thing done".

Yay! Now I can refocus on the things I like to do, knowing that these other things are taken care of. Yippee!

A dispationate dissertation on the Impeachment ....

...to date. First, almost lost count of all the TD-HDS ruses to overturn the 2016 election so far. Stormy Whore Daniels, Anxious Whore Mueller... And almost a dozen more, all no where near being able to overturn the election. In fact, they didn't even affect ratings, which (see below) was part of the double teaming effort against our brilliant President Trump, now for 3 YEARS, nonstop! Have you noticed, all, that with each failure, two things occur? The ueber left and in tow biased media become more frantic each time, AND their tactics become more secretive, bold, brazen and of questionable legality. Ask yourselves the following. Why the avoidance of a timely vote to impeach? Why all the secrecy surrounding "geaned valid" information? Still no direct vetted testiclemony from that initial Schiff coached all important Whistle Blower---in fact, does she really exist, and as with all other ruses, after first hearing of it, and engendering biased media/leaked anti Trump ammo, it's all cricket chirps. Almost no further word following each pitifully failed scurilous attack. The latest and boldest example is releasing Taylor's damning 15 page statement, but as to public vettting of his actual examination, chirps again. Why so much in closed doors, with practically no bicameral participation? Indeed, why this last "Hearing", never declared top secret, or even classsified, but being held in the Faraday Cage deepest bowels of the Congress building, doors closed tight, with neither even biased media nor GOP reps present? How odd that there's every time a tree top absence of openness, but each time, a Niagra Falls of press leaks? Think, it's all a blaring subversion of what the brilliant Founding Fathers meant the Impeachment process to be. Many more such questions, but here's a good answer. It's the SWAMP, in ever increasing death throes, practicing, as we used to say in the service, force protection-damage control. Many think that with creepy demented Joe's record of corruption in Ukraine, there'd be nonstop laser focus on the country. But au contraire, my thinking CS non lemmings, it's much more nuanced than that. There's actually a great fear in the more benthic levels of the SWAMP concerning too much more from Ukraine. Sen. McConnel was best of buddies with major Rino Sen. John McCain. The latter was, as with the Bidens, deep into Ukrainian coruption. Only unlike the money grubbing Bidens, he was primarily interested in helping to throw the election for Hilary. But don't take my word for it, just follow AG Barr's growing proto list of indictees, dead or living. Finally, have your helmets and flack vests on for the media spin blitz on how brazen was the dozen GOP reps entrance into the Faraday Cage, forcing Rep. Adam Piece of Schiff (POS) to escape with the pizza, beer and hand held sequestered witness to some even deeper bunker. It's actually the first (finally) salvo of Trump approved counter attacks to get the whole Impeachment "process" back onto costitutional and legal tracks. All that is lacking is for the Senate to begin thoroughly vetting EVERY "witness" , again, in total openness, that the House committee have already done. Don't be surprised, Oh ye Peebles, if Sen. McConnel continues to fight such tooth and nail, in deep SWAMP protection mode. Plenty of other GOP vulnerable Swamp critters lurk as well. It's all hopeless, but meant, in true TD-HDS fashion, via leaks, to hurt the real Patriotic candidates in 2020. Make it drawn out, keep it secret, and leak like mad. Notice, unlike for the deeply suffering TD-HDS folks here, there is no compulsively lengthy copying of lifted press "facts" on yellow background in this blog. Another feature of the syndrome-helplessly marshalling alleged "evidence" to bolster great self insecurities of the Bloggers themselves. Now, ladies and gents of the dissertation approval committee, any questions for the candidate?

Here we go again...General Electric, and statist/privately funded ... pensions...

Some police/fire chiefs in Californicateya, even in tiny municipalities, if on the job long enough, can earn 2-300 large yearly. A life pension then can amount to almost half of that. And when the chiefy dies, wifey continues to collect. With only grammar school math, any Bozo on the bus can see how unsustainable that becomes, given current demographics, which is why such defined overly generous pension plans, once very common, are now rere. That is in the dreaded private sector. If one still pretends to work in the government/public sector, such pensions, once awarded to almost all, when vested, still exist, but are also becoming less common. Now such pretend workers must pay in their share, although this is typically much less than in the dreaded private sector, where workers self fund their own retirement plan, when they exist, with the employer sometimes kicking in a shilling or two yearly. Several US states are either in, or approaching, receivership/bankruptcy, largely due to pensions, but also to typical spend and tax government mentalities. Used to be that these plans were "justified" by claiming that employees in government "service", earned less than those in real productive jobs in private industry. Long no longer at all true. More voters and taxpayers need to know this, and work to have it all become much more fair.

self promotion...

The blogs on CS are programmed so that any member can comment to their blogs at any time and bring them to the top of the page. If you comment to each of ten old blogs, all ten will float to page one. Current discussion in the blogs is about limited exposure to reduce the number of blogs a member can display. As a newbie to CS, I thought it was odd to the amount of self promotion that goes on here. People have the ability to bump their dead blogs and bring them to the top of the page.

That didn't happen on the site I was previously associated with. No matter how many comments you added, each blog would slowly drift away...
It was only when another member commended that would bring your blog to the top.

(side note, this was one of the reasons members created sockpuppets so they can intentionally bump their own blogs)

I asked CS administration if they would consider a format change to stop self promotion and their reply was no.

Their response didn't surprise me as it's expensive to implement website changes. I'm thinking status quo should someone actually contact administration requesting a change.

So lucky to have the efficient, upright and kindly CS.....

Yep, while the price here brings on it's share of scummy fake profiles and scammers, and we all have minimal suggestions for improving the platform, now consider the pickle OK Cupid, Match DC, and the others in the same internecine money grubbing businesses, find themselves in. Faking formerly was exclusively for scammers USING the sites, not those themselves RUNNING these services. Such subterfuge, selfishly/brazenly risked only to increase paying membership, will be a real trick to sneak away from, without consequences. FTC, Federal and State A's G, etc. Those of us who spent minimal time on such paying sites quickly became hip. Delicious, when the slugs get hauled onto the legal carpet, nicht wahr?

Buyers remorse...

Most retailers allow buyers to return goods with no questions asked.
I heard from one store manager regarding electronics, on return when they inspect and cannot find anything wrong with the product it will be sold as 'open box' discounted with full warrantee as long as the product appears new, has all the packing, manufacturers instructions and the product hasn't been registered/original warrantee card was mailed.

I've purchased many products that didn't live up to their claim and had a full refund from the store they were purchased from.

Most of my computers were 3rd party refurbished that last for years. I have one recent purchase that stopped after a few hours. (note to self: get a return authorization and send it to the service center) The tech support help step-by-step couldn't revive it, so it's got to go back for repair/replacement.

Off Lease Only is a volume car reseller in Florida with thousands of cars online to shop from. I went a few weeks ago with a friend and he had a pleasant experience shopping and making a purchase. No pressure, their fees are clearly posted. Loan and extended warranty were easy to choose. I see they have a remorse policy... yes, it's conditional but if you are unhappy with your purchase, you have some return options.
They advertise on many venues, but much of their business is by referral.

No one wants to hassle with a store to get a refund and vendors cannot afford bad publicity... so they have little choice but to make it win-win for both parties involved!
