Only kidding hun you know that. Though some people think so and thats their right, I just wish that they would see things from everyones point of view.

I am glad that we have to wait a number of years here and would hate it to get like some Countries where you can divorce after your first row.

What if he is just mentally separated while he is making up his mind? What if she separated him from his 'stuff'--money, house, cars, children, etc. What if he is separated from his mind! How do you find out what type of separation he is experiencing? How long are you willing to invest your time to find these things out?

So I assume dating someone who might not be available for five years is okay with you?

Well considering I was seperated not divorced for 11 years I would understand that these things can take time.

By available what do you mean?

Available to marry? am not interested in doing that again.

I believe most of us outside of this one country that keeps posting the insane rules on divorce would not want to engage with someone while that long process is taking place.

Sorry if posting the insane rules about divorce here is annoying to people, I just felt that perhaps people should know that things are not the same in every Country.

Until approx 12 years ago divorce was not availble at all here so second realtionships without either party being divorced is not uncommon.

As I have said previously I prefer that a person has to wait this length of time rather than divorce after the first row.
