petalbabe: Sorry, but I disagree.

I talk from an Irish point of view, as the legal separation period is for 5 years here.

Alot of people here want to divorce straight away, and their marriage is WELL AND TRULY OVER. Unfortunately, due to legal constraints, they are unable to divorce until 5 years have elapsed.

Are you honestly saying that person shouldnt date for 5 YEARS??

OK lets Try Again.

I Talk from an Irish point of View.

So I Replied Not Irish But Spaniard. So you are if You are Irish 70%

Then I tell you what we do In Canada and the US in 3 months we can get a Divorce 6 months all depends.

I think if a man is separated for a very long time without having a divorce , all he wants is playing games, otherwise he would have arranged for the divorce. Men who say are separated for years may well be still married... Anyway, as all men are not the same, if he is in the process of the divorce you can give it a chance, BUT if you are looking for a serious relationship aiming to marriage, just keep your eyes open!
