Its hard at first to make the choice to be positive and you don't know how its going to work but if you persevere you'll find that it really does work.
Its also very important to surround yourself with positive people too. Negative ones will just drag you down..

Great post Sommer. I vowed when I was young to never talk like my grandparents/parents & I now do...When I was young we didnt have internet..LOL.
Your points on him are valid & good ones , I also think he should take soem of the positive advice given to him on here as , it will help him to make positive steps in his life.

You have to be happy with yourself before you can really be happy with anyone else.
Ya don't have to sing from the rooftop, professing self love but you have to have a moderately good self image.
