You said the F word im telling mum.Ok enough silliness.. maybe making a list on one side all the things you like at present that bring hapiness:- it can even be birds singing in the garden, little things bring more joy than huge things.
On the other side things you would like to achieve, setting goals for yourself.
as a lot of very good people on here have said , you arent going to win over too many people being sad & depressed. Life is what we make of it. I myself have been through some pretty horrific events in my life, & quite a lot of very good people on this site have been through worse than me. But as Lethal did say for others to love you firstly you have to love yourself & then show the real you
