Overlooking the Bay of Naples on The Amalfi Coast at dusk, a gentle breeze following a hot day and a very, very chilled glass of Bianco di Custoza!!
Failing that, amongst the bougainvillea at The Episkopi Tavern or The Bunch of Grapes in Cyprus quaffing a delightful little Palomino....
OR.... on the top deck of a Nile boat, watching the palms and the camels silhouetted against a burning orange twilight sky with a cocktail... (or two?!)
