I never used to believe in fate.
At almost every moment in life we are faced with choices that must lead to an infinite set of possible outcomes.
However, some scientists looking into brain research believe that we do things without beling able to stop ourselves - we observe what we are doing in an almost powerless way.
The answer is I don't know.
The Christian religion imbedded in western culture makes us believe we have free will, but also that God has preditermined the future - you can't have it both ways, can you?
I know that I am going to meet a lady sooner or later.
She shall have no choice to exercise any free will to prevent herself from falling in love with me - poor woman!

No they are not.
One event changes the likelihood of the next.
Sometimes to the point of appearing Causitive other times scarsely at all.
This is NOT the same as Determinism.

I have NEVER seen Karma work in my life...I have met the most evil of people who are doing just fine and the most wonderful people who are suffering like most of us cannot imagine.

Perhaps good and evil, percieved from our 70-100 year time scale, can appear unfair. However, expand the experiencable incarnations, and all states of existence are probably lived (incarnate) at one time or other. Just a thought?

The scale is not 70--100.It is 0--00.That is important I think.
The "experiencable"incarnations are much like the imaginable incarnations which take place over the same scale in your head.

I took the same one and it said the same thing
And to make matters worse, my doctor said that death follows life. SO I figured that is life took a quick left up the ally then a fast right into a building and out the front door and then ran around the block maybe death would get lost.
