You absolutely don't need to lower your standards! A child is more reason to keep those standards up. Don't worry, you will find that someone who not only loves and accepts you for who you are , but also is thrilled to have your package deal. Don't ever settle for less than what is right for you and your baby.
And yes we all get those same kinds of messages, but to be fair, they are searching too.

Your standards shouldn´t drop at all, and as others have said, we all get the too old, too young, or simply haven´t paid any attention to profile interest.

However, as you are expecting a baby you should also recognise that your success rate at finding someone is significantly reduced.

Thats life, and the odds are stacked against many people for a whole host of other reasons.

Good luck.

No you dont need to lower your standards.....you better off waiting for the right man...rather than picking someone you dont really want for the sake of it...

and as for the guys out of the age range etc...... we all get it...even if you put...wanted man...over 5'10'' dark haired, fit, and in the same country.... you will still get messages from... a 4'11'' balding, hugely overweight guy from the moon!!.... some just cant read....

good luck hug

I believe her expected child is her highest priority as her profile shows she wants to take things slowly. She wants to get to know the person very well, before getting serious & also probably stems from her previous partner.

Is it wrong to look for someone who will provide help, support & comfort?

Or, (never been a parent myself), the fact that when a child does arrive, they then become the centre of your whole universe and require your constant attention that you need to fully settle before seeking a future partner as you do not need another life-changing factor affecting parenthood at such a critical stage?

Think latter answer is correct as life is already complicated enough raising a new one. thumbs up

Her biggest complaint is that men contact her without checking her profile of what she seeks, but can see that the majority of women seem to receive this form of nuisance.. blues

Good luck to both mother & child anyway comfort
