Godsgift: I'm afraid your first sentence is a paradox when it comes to the teachings of Christianity which states the only way to the father is through the son. You can't pick and chose which parts you follow and call yourself a Christian. You can't be a bit christian any more than you can be a bit pregnant. That's why me and Christianity had a parting of the ways.

However, I do not go to the church and I believe that God hears my prayers no matter where I am-in church or in the privacy of my own bedroom. I do not like things being on me, not even religious dogmas, and I do question everything.

Islam is a Religion and Not a Nationality but one should respect the Religion which is followed by the majority in that specific country so for example I respect all Christians living in UK as that is the Dominant Religion in that part of the world, Not all Muslim countries follow the Islamic Law, many Muslim countries infact follow the Constitution and Laws laid by the British as they were part of the wider British Empire,
