I hope so. but until you are in the situation then I don't think you can say yes or no.

I with Kris, it's instinctual with me. I just do it and ask questions later. I've been there and done that on several occasions. Fortunately it never ended in the ultimate sacrifice for me, but it has come close.

I can't give a concrete answer to that question...there are several different things to be considered. For a child, without a doubt, i would deffinately risk my life. For an adult, what are the odds that i would come out of it alive, are they in absoute mortal danger, etc. I know this may seem selfish and calloused but its the way i feel.

Without a doubt or moment's hesitation! Have in the past and will again. Especially where kids/family members are involved.

Been there. I didn't have time to analyze if I would or wouldn't. It just happens. Call it "mother's instinct" that can also be used for a total stranger, or call it "human nature". Most people don't have time to think about the consequences of helping others. At least not those with a conscience. You just react.

Before I had children yes but there are three lives that need me and the needs of the many out weigh the needs of the one.

But if i was put in a situatuon where i did not have time to think it would me my nature to protect a persongrin

I think I would if it were for a child. It depends on the circumstance. I'm not going to risk my life to get someone's purse back, I've heard of people getting shot and killed for trying to rescue some material item for some stranger.

There are a few people who depend on me daily.
