BB_snickers: I really wish they wouldn't use the word conspiracy when the word stupidity would suffice.
So what else is new...the man should have said: "you study hard and parrot what the teachers want to hear and you get good grades..." It's always been that way; unfortunately nearly everywhere to even get a cheap PHD...Estimated projected costs for colleges will soon be 32,000 dollars a year, while in Europe, under a democratically elected free-enterprise/ socialist system that always form a viable coalition, college and university costs are free. Go figure.

Really? Then I must ask my sons to return the £105,000 pounds I spent on their University education in England, seem to recall the UK was a part of Europe
venusenvy: Oooops sorry about $40,000 its apporoximately $10,000 per year
My youngest son has just been informed his fee per year at Loughborough University will be £9000 plus books, food and accommodation, which is a further 2-3 thousand, and he is doing a fairly basic degree course to become a PE teacher.
My tuition is costing me $14,333 per year so far. I have applied for grants, scholarships and have 2 subsidized loans taken out just to give myself this gift.
No guarantees it will give me the job I want but damn sometimes, I actually learn some things....
