Isn't religion the cause of so many wars??
Just take a look at the Middle East or more to the point Israel and the countries around it.
That is the area where a lot of the Bible is meant to have originated yet they are killing each other and have been for centuries!!
Unless every different religion can tolerate another religion then we will have problems worldwide?? But that doesn't mean that people of one religion can and should expect that any country should change their laws, their way of life to accommodate them?

I dont know how to answer it, because as we all know, we get media coverage that is 'sensational' or naught.
So in my search to find some answers, I have taken up with a pen pal who was a general in PLO. for 40 yrs. I am still asking questions by the ton, but so far, he is very respectful, and yes, his religion is Islamic.. now, for starters, He says, he has many friends who are either Christians or Jews... so that was one thing I learnt... and secondly, he has divorced... and I asked him how that was possible... He replied that it is easy if you dont get along. so slowly slowly, I am going to find out my way.. and I figure, I have a fear of what I dont know much about... so I am trying to overcome this fear and find out without media prompting.
As for our immigrants.. some are just lovely... and some are not... just like all races.. ( I do the prelim testing with them for loans at work ) many times I find myself with a small child or a friend interpreting, but really, I see fear with them when they come to us too... so I reckon these folk are here to stay, and the sooner I can overcome my fear of it all, I will be better, and I won't be achieving any of this without a little communication.

Why did the government let this happen when they would have known all this.....also I know there is a so many problems going on in the world because of this,so what will be the outcome? what about the innocent woman and children! oh yes the children even after a few generations they dont change their beliefs even in another country.
