Moved and replaced all the furniture on his own, did a great job on the carpet and vinyl and had the old stuff on his truck by 1.30pm!!
Woohoo!
Now the place is all done and I can relax and have my home back to normal once again

Yeah new agent starting he is a local guy been selling in this area for 19 years so fingers X all the other houses have sold in my block so's a positive feel going on. I think now Spring is in the air fingers X. Plus a sign is going up as didn't have one before.
