the here and now is what actually is...its with our thoughts we create our sufferings and our thoughts we must use to create more happiness in our life to.
Long as we are thinking of self (eg i want happiness) we only find suffering within our mind. Its not that its a catch twenty two, rather its getting away from the habit of thinking thinking thinking in trying to find answers to obtain the happiness.
