honestly 2011 has been like how it started for me, bronchitis hit on New Years Day. Followed by other health set backs for most of the rest of the year.
Hopefully 2012 will be a healthier year.
Plans for next year are hopefully getting all the things I had planned for this year done that I havent been able to complete.
Starting work on one hopefully in the next couple of weeks, trying to get a vegie patch established
2011 has absoloutely flown for me. Off the top of my head, hasn't been a great year, lost 2 good friends, one I have known for 25 yrs and the other I have known a couple of years but was a total shock. 
On the plus side, daughter got her driving licence
woohoo 
Now I only need to survive The Formal this weekend - and I never what to hear that 6-letter 'F' word again!
Met a lovely man who lives too far away but trying to make it work, that is an ongoing saga.
Next year is going to be all about ME ME ME and ME!
. Try and make some plans when my brain is out of the dress/hair & makeup of the formal stuff

oh for me its been a very unhappy year, my life is just wasting away while listening to lie after lie and inaction by others that have legal obligations to settle issues that should have been settled years ago.
I plan next year to continue to fight for my rights if that's necessary I of course will fight to the death if i must, but I'll probably make a few spew for that happens.

I wish I could say it was a good year but sadly not for me I lost my very dear close friend a few months back she was my mentor and the mother I never had I also lost another friend to breast cancer two years ago. Some days saddness completly overwhelms me today I cried but the feelings of loss doesn't go away I miss my friends very much
I really do hope 2012 is brighter and happier for me. I am going to make a huge effort to get to the next meet to meet all you guys , we can never have enough friends in this world hugs and kisses to you all that have taken the time to chat wih me

Yeah it's sad thread for quiet a few of us.
Thankfully life does improve and we must stay positive.

Im working at making the last two months of the year count, and hopefully get some positive things happening for the year.

the little girl the other morning (4am) was sitting as close as she possibly could to my face/head. There was a thunderstorm so that is her way of "protecting" me. Just lovely waking up to a ball of fluff in your face, just coz she is scared of thunderstorms!

Yeah my boy is a complete mess during storms, he tucks himself away in the tightest spots, behind the tv unit and so on, panting away

The new year falls on the 22nd February (not Chinese), Year of the Dragon, you google that and pretty much all the sites that are listed are chinese, china has never been part of tibet, this world has gone really wacko.
Hopefully the new year will bring change, happier days and thoughts for peace to the lunatics minds running amok
