im a pro in the kitchen, but safe to say the only thing i have been cooking at home lately is a baby (in my stomach not an oven lol). craig has taken on the food prep role, lets say im sick of noodles

If you have a convection oven built into your microwave that is just the same as a regular oven.

If that is the case you can roast or bake just the same.

Um..... Rob dear I think you need a woman in your life just to make sure you are eating properly and looking after yourself.comfort

robplum: i got my eye on it, its going round and round and looks like its getting cooked, but i dunno how it would take, if i pull it out i'd have to use another oven bag, i can sort of see it, but your right i'll it the full couple hours (only 1-28) to go, and if its not cooked i'll cut it in half then


if you poked holes in the bag before cooking...

then i would be inclined to poke another hole in it, with a fork and see if blood ozzes out of it. or slightly pink moisture
