serene56: Ok I'm done with that so when do I get to press the Play button again

Glad to hear that you have emerged on the other side with a positive outlook.
Believe it or not, through my work I have had to read a great deal of the published medical literature on menopause.
I hope that no doctor talked you into hormone replacement therapy. Death by cancer (breast, ovarian, cervical, or uterine) or heart disease is one hell of a price to pay for relief from a hot flash.

Well, that is one of the symptoms of menopause that HRT addresses.
Were I a woman, I would take something called Remifemin. Here is an abundance of published peer-reviewed studies on its efficacy and safety and it has been found to relieve the symptoms of menopause in about 70% of women who use it.
I had to do a lot of research on this subject a couple of years ago.

Thanks.
It seems that being a dining and entertainment writer for years (as well as a health journalist - talk about a contradiction) is catching up with me.
Having a love of food and eating in restaurants several nights each week for years seem to build up a debt inside the arteries. help
Still, the stents will allow me to compete more effectively in a national mixed martial arts tournament series later this year. Back to close to 10%, apparently. devil

Thanks Carl wine

To be honest, I've had no problems at all right from the start, just the occasional warm flush, so haven't needed any drugs or treatment of any kind fortunately thumbs up

So really the recent man-pause lol has been more of a coincidence and I'm just having some fun with it laugh
