L1 to L5. The cutaneous dermatome representating the hip girdle and groin area is innervated by L1 spinal cord. L2 and 3 cover the front part of the thighs.

The lumbar enlargement, located between L1 and S3 spinal segments, handles sensory input and motor output coming from and going to the legs.

I hope your sure dangling from a beam or the top of door gentle to use your body weight to straighten the knotted mussel that are supposed to support your vertebrae, won't fix the problem

No Rob... Risky would have had an MIR scan as I have had one done
and its not anything that hanging on a beam will fix,in fact it could be downright dangerous.

This is something that I do know a bit about as I spent nearly three months on and off with my daughter in the Austin hospital and then rehab.

I saw so much heartbreak in that time for instance one little girl aged 13 years had her spinal cord severed right through by hitting her head on the bottom oh a swimming pool, she will be in a wheelchair for the rest of her life.

Its really heartbreaking to see the Para's and the Quads sort of separate into their own little groups, the moans of sheer Terror into the night with the nightmares they cannot wake from.

So much not prepared for as the battle was just beginning, had to get her out of this understaffed place of misery and we did.

Risky you must do all in your power to get that op as soon as you can get another GP they are the key to finding a decent surgeon.
Think.... when you were working is there anyone out there that would know someone.

“Staphylococcus aureus bacteraemia (SAB) is a serious bloodstream infection which is often associated with surgical and other invasive medical procedures.

“There are approximately 7,000 SAB infections each year. Often they can also be resistant to antibiotics.

Golden staph (Staphylococcus aureus) is a type of bacterium that can cause a range of mild to severe infections. It is a normal bacteria found in the nose and on the skin of up to 50 percent of all healthy adults and children. Antibiotic-resistant strains of golden staph evolved in the 1970s and have troubled hospitals world-wide with persistent infections in their patients ever since.

Superbugs lead infection race: antibiotic resistant bacterium

Across Australia, the recent explosion in CA-MRSA cases is largely attributed to the Queensland CA-MRSA strain known as ST93. First reported in 2000, ST93 is a virulent form of CA-MRSA that carries the toxin gene Panton-Valentine leucocidin and is frequently associated with skin and soft tissue infections in young Australians. It's the most common CA-MRSA strain detected nationwide. The AGAR also has identified an HA-MRSA strain known as EMRSA-15, common in Australia's long-term care facilities, which causes increased infection rates in the elderly.

Comes down to whether you want cheap or good. Just after my first seperation, I had the choice between cheap (Medicare when a bed and surgeon was available) or good (we can do it now) for a tumor to be removed. My choice and I believe that I made the right decision even though I could not really afford it at the time.

Hmmm For my first Op about a month ago only had to wait 6 weeks to get it done and that is a 100% success and no exercise or Tee Tree Oil could have fixed that.

Ok there are some cases that can be fixed up BUT there are others that by trying to fix your self could cause permanent disability or death. So many desperate Cancer sufferers get taken in by Quacks all the time.

If it wasent for the the operation of a quick thinking Doctor at the age of 23yrs for burst appendicitis I would not be alive to day as the pain eased instead of getting worse as the poison spread throughout my body. scold frustrated

couldnt agree more with what youre saying, and if my condition was bad enough i would have probably had to go to hospital, but the leading neuro surgeon in the local hospital told me ,that before i try any medicines, try to take the load off my spine for a while by swimming at the local pool for a few months,to try and decrease the inflamation caused by constant pounding of my lower spinewhen i throw a ball.Idid this, and the result was i have never ever had any more pain whatsoever.all my spine needed was to take time out for the vertebrae to open ,and give them a chance to restso to speak.everyone is effected differently
