If I have a pang of, "You can't talk to her, she's way too nice!" I can't help, but laugh at myself.
If someone harassed me about talking to other people, it wouldn't be a relationship based upon trust and so not really a relationship at all. More like a desperate attempt at ownership.
If someone I believed I was in a relationship with was seeking relations over the internet, it wouldn't be a relationship based upon honesty and so not really a relationship at all. There'd be nothing to ruin because it wasn't there anyway.

any relation is based upon trust. Jealousy is needed but should be limited to have a serious relation. My girl lives on the other side of this world.. If she would sleep around i would never know. But i believe in her love for me and i believe she is loyal to me. If i didn't believe that i wouldn't be with her.

I could not be in a relationship with someone I did not trust. I never went into my husbands personal space (wallet etc.) untill after he died. Never felt the need to. I am sure he would not of minded just never really had a reason to. I have a girl friend that everytime her husband leaves the house she jumps up and starts going thru his stuff. Bless her heart that man is not about to cheat on her he is just not cut from that cloth. But she has this jealousy thing going. What a waste of emotion to work yourself all up in your mind about what could be going on.

I think jealousy is an expression of a lack of confidence in yourself, if you're confident within your relationship, then there's simply no room for jealousy.

I think jealousy is a natural emotion, and unavoidable in a highly charged emotional situation. It is when it gets out of control or unreasonable that it causes problems.

I actually agree with you I think it is a natural emotion. I am the type of person that thinks before I act otherwise goodness knows what kind of life I would be living now. My first thoughts are not always my best thoughts 
I have done this for so long I had almost forgotten that I do this. I had to get evaluated one time for a job and that is one of the things the test came back with the other was I walk into situation size it up and have three back up plans in place before the first hello.
