It's possible that this information has been released in the hope that any one who MAY have a complaint against Rolf might come forward and add to any existing case they already have?? JMHO
If he was a 'witness to a criminal act' what could that mean? He was present when an offence took place and didn't report it to police??

Don't matter what it meant if he had kids (or just human), he would've known how vunerable they were being infants (or young) and having a grown person trying to fit a square peg into a round hole

I stopped doing Tax Returns when the CSA started stuffing things up. They assumed I had mega pay rises every year. Had a 3 year battle with them asking what they based this on when I had not done a Tax Return. They refused to answer this for 3 years and then the ATO sent me a nasty letter demanding I do my Tax Returns for those years. Turns out I was paying way too much in child support. By then, my youngest had gone over the age by the time I finally did my returns.
So on principal, I don't fill in a Tax Return until they send me a notice. Usually every 3 years but looking out for 5 years this coming year. Then again, they don't push it because they usually have to give me some back.

Questioning is not a charge! I grew up around the corner from Rolf, we used to swim in his back yard and his mum used to give me lollies down the shops!
