Did I take out of context something you took out of context?? Yes John Laws did indeed say what he said, but maybe you just read it the way you wanted to read it, or heard it the way you wanted to hear it and indeed judged him on it. I didn't judge either of these cases. I have never listened to John Laws, nor have I seen anything on this case. I have no time for the media and their selective and inaccurate reporting.
My old school principal once said in an address to the entire school...'believe nothing that you hear and only half of what you see'. That is something that has stuck with me as it is so true. I think there was a bit of gossip getting around at the time.
My point being that everybody judges. I will freely admit that I judge people all the time.

John Laws and a lot of other talk-back radio hosts too often engage the mouth well before the brain kicks in. And lot of them have ended up in the courts for defamation.
John Laws caused a run on St George Bank when he shot his mouth off without checking the facts. The Treasury stepped in quickly to find out the truth as it looked like they might have gone under, and could have started runs on other banks.
Nothing wrong with St George, just John Laws peeved off with them for something - probably would not give him a credit card

yeah me too , if it's true and it's sounding a bit suss now it's out and about in the tabloids again , this will go on for a long time before the truth will ever surface.

Rolf Harris was interviewed in November, then arrested on 28 March when he was bailed until May. He is part of the Operation Yewtree which has come about because of the allegations relating to the DJ/Charity worker Jimmy Saville. Rolf Harris has not made any public comment?

Innocent until proven guilty. Isn't that the same standard you would want if you were accused of a crime? He could be innocent, I have not read the evidence. Just because the Police arrest/interview someone does not make them guilty - I was a Police Officer for 20 years and I know sometimes it turns out to be a mistake. Most times not though.
