Imagine a very large glass as big as the universe that is empty of everything. No matter, no photons no electrons, just a vacuum of nothingness, all you have is a glass of empty space. Let’s keep on pouring this emptiness in a smaller glass until you end up with a glass no bigger than a shot glass.

theoretically- according to the Big Bang theory there should be something in that glass called energy. Now this energy will overheat and create the universe as we know it. grin

How big is big?

It's a word that suggests limitations, as far as we know the universe is limitless so to imagine a glass as big as the universe is beyond comprehension.

dunno

Perhaps when released from the constraints and limitations of the mind true consciousness is the universe.

But is it possible to pour ALL of the energy into the smaller glass since energy is never ending? Can you assume that the larger glass is totally empty of energy?

Yes I can because I removed all the energy in my thought experiment. grin
