tomcatwarne: Psychological testing should be done by professionals and not by the pseudo psychologists. It is a professional assessment and not a heuristic one as some people would have you believe. That's ok for fun, but not for accurate results.

Myers Briggs is a professional assessment?

Unprofessional professionals, then. laugh

Questionnaires can be useful professional tools for diagnoses, but it was you who claimed the Myers Briggs was a professional assessment tool a couple of posts up.

That's why I questioned your statement.

Introvert 33% Moderate preference to introversion.
Intuitive 62% Distinct preference of intuition over sensing.
Feeling 62% Distinct preference of feeling over thinking.
Perceptive 11% Slight preference of perceiving over judging.

Seems to be working just fine. I'm 55 and well and stronger daily, alive and still ascending and learning. Not everyone peaks at 35. In general, I think Jung inspired by a Daemon. I'm just possessed (and inspired) by one. grin

LadyDiz: That was interesting. Just did the test and it turns out I'm an INTP personality type, which does ring true.

I 33
N 62
F 62
P 11

And yet it is said that I "think too much". I am convinced few others could survive the din of my eternal internal combustion. Hence the introversion: I don't want to singe those whom I would to love.

'Tis the thoughts that generate all that feeling, and I am singleminded. Very hard to provoke, but implosive and very quiet when it happens. The profile says I am adept with language and in the company of quite a few excellent writers. (I'll take that. Let's get back to bearing fruit. BACK to the word smithing!)

PS: I was down with a bug last week and stayed in bed with Eddie Izzard watching his show "Stripped" (How could I resist?) in French at the Cigal (Sp? Who give a phook!) in Paris. Watching comedy in another language is a great way to learn. It tickles two ways every time you understand. I learned more in 3 days than I did in 2 semesters of French. Highly recommended.

Yes, she thinks. I leap into the breach to save the day. Rash and Lorded by an angel who keeps me alive, I am. Whadoyoumean you can't see Him so He's imaginary?!

He's just "invisible" to them who have not eyes to see. grin But you'd have to be dead not to feel Him.

I'm INFJ.

Description of INFJ:
Quietly forceful and conscientious, INFJ's are generally respected for their firm principles. They have clear convictions on how to best serve the common good. Described as a "meaning giver", this type tries to help others find their sould and significance in the scheme of things. Deeply concerned they put their best efforts into their work. The INFJ has a depth of personality which may make them seem distant and hard to know, but in reality they are easily hurt by others. They value harmony and usually have a small deep circle of friends.

"THE AUTHOR". perserverent, original, forceful, concerned, principled, empathic, serious, introspective, creative, quiet.

Geesh...if I could be half that person described above...
