Why is it so hard? I used to be the guy that enjoyed dating but after heartbreak after heartbreak, not anymore. Why is it so hard to find that girl who feels the same way?

A student earning $75 - 100K? If you expect us to believe that, then you've got a strange concept of reality.
Regarding your question. If you want a slapper, then hang around the divebars.
Not the way most women are wired. You're looking for what you think is the next best thing but sooner or later, someone ends up with a broken heart.. the girls that are able to flick the switch and do FWB are likely very choosy.

A woman will either reject the idea of being a f* buddy or agree to it and fall in love with you anyway. In this day and age it's a common and even indespensable step to go from friends with benefits to a relationship. Modern women are always talking of being friends first and they are extremely turned off by men who give their hearts away too easily(demonstrates low value)and so by remaining non-committal(demonstrating high value)you, whether you intend it or not, become the man she really wants.

Interesting responses, only 2 i could find were helpful to me. Allow to evaulate more on my question. in all honestly friends with benefits would lead to me dating the person anyway. I just want the girl who will stay committed in the long run. Every girl ive dated has ended up breaking up with me and i question why? I was the nicest guy ever, did everything a bf was supposed to do, and i was committed meaning i wwasnt going to leave ever. I even like to have fun and play around. thats what i meant by benefits plus still at the time talk at an emotional level.
