I was making a freight delivery in my truck about 20 years ago when I heard this song come on the radio I had sitting on the top of the dashboard. Luckily I was backed into the loading dock and not driving so I could write down as much of the lyrics as fast as I could so I could hopefully find this song somewhere. I never was a big Como fan in fact once when I was a teenager an older woman asked me who I liked better, Eddie Fisher or Perry Como? I said I don't like either. I was into Rock & Roll.
Perry Como was not only a great singer , but a really great guy. People truly liked him, I never remember hearing anything scandalous about him. I could see why women were some of his biggest fans. Thanks for the Youtube links.
I believe the Mills Brothers came out with "Till Then" first and it's a really great recording but I tend to lean more toward the Hilltoppers version. I just love the voice of Jimmy Sacca the lead singer.
Here's another great ballad featuring the awesome voice of Jimmy Sacca. Notice how he ends the word and the end of a line, very unique.

Conrad73: Yep,a beautiful English Waltz!
Actually Conrad, Mona Lisa is also a waltz, and they play that often too... but they jig the timing up a bit to make it strictly 3/3 , so have danced to that one numerous times too...
