There is so much violence happening in this world at all times, news will only ever cover a small part of it. It is horrendous to think about all the hardship out there, and how little we can do to change that. For most parts I guess all we can do is be deeply grateful for our own lives, even if things might not all go as we want them to, and to try at least be kind and considerate to those surrounding us, even if it just at a super market till.
I have not given up hope fully yet that a time may will come where humanity will have put all these terrible things behind it, but it is disheartening to see how much hate is still out there
