I suppose they haven't read the scripture that says: "It will be easier for a camel to pass through an eye of a needle than for a rich man to go to heaven"!! That scripture was written for people and religions like this. Not for a rich person that lives a honest and holy life!
Ed, does not the Bible teach that even God has a staff of different ranks around his throne? Seraphim and Cherubim and all that, each with different administrative or physical tasks to perform.
