buddies, digging the Reggae and local...(ahem)..Herb.
There's a guy named Herb in a Reggae band?

rohaan: Are you aware, by-the-way, that bananas are one of Nature's best all-around foods? (People stranded in the South Pacific literally lived on bananas). I earned perfect scores in college Nutrition classes, and one of the things I recall is the syllabus on beneficial vegetation. Bananas and avacados are at the top of the list, next are melons and squash. Cucumbers are outrageously good for most people. Just thought you might be interested. My doctor/boss in Portland always said, "Try to eat one apple, one orange, and one banana a day, and you'll be healthy and sound".
Banana is best natural Food supplement , The most intresting and useful thing is that Banana is Food for all peoples of all Ages ,from an Infant to a 100 years old.

Hi Ali. Like I mentioned, too. Bananas are versatile, too, can be in salads, cereal. Have you ever heard of the Elvis?
2 Tablespoons of butter
2 slices of quality bread--multi-grain, lightly toasted.
4 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter-(spread on slices of toast)
1 large banana, cut in half, sliced lengthwise
(optional) Strawberry preserves, about 1 heaping Tablespoon

Heat skillet to mod/hi. Melt butter quickly, and sear (quick-fry) banana slices until just golden. Place on first slice of toast, on top of peanut butter. Smear jam on, place other slice of toast on top, Cut in half, eat while warm. It is yummy!!

You bet. Watercress and Neufchatel sandwiches. Very, very good. A winner at any potluck or card club.

Nowadays 1 kilo of bananas costs 16 AR pesos.
So I just eat them once a week.
