in india...possible solutions are....????
Well it looks like many you would rater be sell outs rather than staying put, to put things right and have pride in doing so, you guys dont want to stay there and sort it out (even going by the hassling of members on this forum for a green card), in the same way your just put out your begging bowl again. You want to leave instead of trying to make your country better.
India. it is too soon. but with the increase of knowledge. religion will decrease. society rules will decrease. legal matters will be more balanced. but i believe India needs a big renaissance
And i fear the old powers throughout the land will not go without a fight

I do remember someone saying in a past thread that if the British had invaded us (instead of the Spaniards) we would be seeing our neighbors jumping our borders but then:
What happened to India, after so many years of British domination?
Was India better under British domination?
Why it is that India has not had a strong economical development like China just to choose another huge country?
Solutions for what?
Economic development? Human development? Both and more....
Something that occurs to me is to compare China and India (and perhaps learn from it) although India seems to be not as a materialistic society as China.

And look forward to a "social development" where Liberty is the sum of real liberties for all.
What for a country wants freedom to education when people can not afford to attend school?

You're doing it already - bringing the birth rate down.
You are primitives learning to live with a modern way of life, and you are getting there. Just remember you're not Africans; backwardness is NOT in your DNA.

In which chromosome is the backwardness code? Which people in India Do not have it, according to Dr. Rumples.
Would that be because of the genes donation of the British to them?

Just yesterday,I was talking to some poor people that did not meet the requirements for a Fed Program to get some subsidies but they did qualify for other to improve their economic activity: fishing.
When I told them that they were not to get the whole package, they said in a fast manner: that is ok we are happy with the support for our fishing.
My heart went sad because there was not way to get for them the fullest subsidies and at the same time I was upset at them for not being upset.
They made me think the whole evening.
In one side it is wonderful that their lives are on, no matter the subsidies (no matter the matter) but on the other side I did question myself again: Why are people poor?
And as provoking as it might seem I did remember something that I have read:
