KNenagh: Anyone who thinks they are better than their partner doesn't have respect for their partner - who wants to be with someone like that?
I would like to share my life with someone, sharing means input, consideration, respect etc. from both sides. I never saw a relationship working where that isn't the case.
Anyone who thinks they are better than their partner- are simply proudy( Jerk)

Someone Who has BS in CS( computer science or Information technology) can get a job as a software engineer. Might be she working in that field since 1984 thus...and remember company always give training. whether you are from cs back ground or other engineering back ground.

It is so obvious that none of u have a clue what a software engineer is, and less a consultant. Try programming and we will talk again in a couple of years time. Then lets see when u get to 30+ years experience.
guysimple: Nice to meet you I am engineer too I completed my graduation when i was 21 year old. but I think in 1984 there was not many software engineering graduates and some companies might had hire people who is interesting in working in software field. and gave them training..
get real... 1984? better read/research the history (not stories) of programming and computers. google is a good friend.

Giving some trainning gives them not a BS degree.
BS like software Engineer you get them from college or universities, not "some college"

I am giving you one example. I read few years before in india there was a guy who was good in hacking and was just 19-20 yr old guy got job as a programmer. Degree is not important in software field but the knowledge.. If you are good in coding and not BS you can get a job as a software engineer.
