Someone Who has BS in CS( computer science or Information technology) can get a job as a software engineer.

I am giving you one example. I read few years before in india there was a guy who was good in hacking and was just 19-20 yr old guy got job as a programmer. Degree is not important in software field but the knowledge..
If you are good in coding and not BS you can get a job as a software engineer.
