jono7: in canada, one must have a degree to use the term/title of engineer.
the term engineer has been so misused by computer programmers (code monkeys)and developers that to use the job title of engineer one must be able to prove they have a degree.
i don't know about all the states, but texas and florida are the same.

perhaps someone could exsplain what femminism is....?????....because it seems to me......people are running round in circles.....trying to find out.....treating your partner as equal ......doesent make her more femmining......either your a man /woman......we dont get to chose our gender......is being a woman that bad...???? then try being a man.....its no picnic..either...just enjoy your life..as you are....jmo.

back in time, when women did not have right to vote and because of that they did not consider as a citizens. Women felt that they are not considered as a human beings, as a part of community and they thought that they do have right to vote. So, back in that time, since African Americans were fighting for their rights as well abolition movement and feminist movement went together to fight for their rights. I believe in 1903 women finally got right to vote. that was how feminism as movement was born.

Women felt that they are not considered as a human beings, as a part of community and they thought that they do have right to vote.
