robplum: I think (for once) most countries are reading politics in the same light, there is a realization a collective effort is needed to deal with isis, however there needs to be positive steps to be taken to bring all the parties to the table and resolve political divides in the region, Syria, Iraq, probably Kurdish region, which requires positive impute, including boots on the ground from other countries like Saudi Arabia and other neighboring Arab States, supported by the likes of Israel who clearly needs to listen up and start positively engaging in the region.
I think a lot of thought by the major five countries together have found an understanding flinging-dung needs to stop, meaningful action implemented with a good dollop of compassion assisting in the first instance, Syrian and Iraq political divides to bring together all the peoples of those two countries with a common goal displaying a clearly defined shared future.
Backed up by a powerful decisive and comprehensive military campaign directed towards ceasing all hostilities by any aggressive party isis or any other.

That want happen over night, so meanwhile compassion must be directed towards those that have fled the region, as they are and will be, part of the solution, I think that's whats happening and therefore with certainty bound up in time, positive impute can and will lead to positive out comes.
