It is really up to us to try and create threads concerning our country onto this forum. I know that there are many already on the international site and it is hard not to reply when someone from another country continues to perpetuate certain posts, So, I am not saying that we should not stand tall...but maybe if we can use this forum to make it more useful it could be a good idea. thanks,,,,and of course it is only a suggestion.

I agree with your suggestion but in reality you know it's not going to happen because more people will see threads in the International Forum.

Only reason I wanted a USA Forum was in case I decided to look for love again.

If I have a subject in mind that I think would interest people around the world I would want to post it in the Intl. Forums but I dare not to do that because certain people will complain about it.

For instance, on 60 Minutes tonight the whole hour was devoted to an interview of Donald Trump which happened this past Friday (after the election) and it was very enlightening.

I want Admin to transfer all of the political threads from International Forums to USA Forums and put a block on their software so it won't allow political threads on the Intl. Forums.

There isn't much harmony on CS now. If the political threads continue over there people will stop coming to CS. I personally don't care but there are so many who do care.

yep, our mutual dear friend was actually the motivation for me to make this post. And as I posted above "that it is just a suggestion (maybe a plead)" that people from USA post here but I also am quite aware that many people Hot on this Agenda are not even in the USA and in my opinion simply enjoy the attention or kicking others while they are hoping to get their (our) Country in order. So those ones will be more likely to keep posting Internationally which it becomes "International" when we have people from other countries taking a interest in our politics "good or bad". You and I have been on this site for long enough to know that it is just too tempting for many not to play the USA political or "" card. I remember last time around we had "hot single dude" really worked up and selling everyone a certain politician in his crazy poll. ( I say "crazy" because he made it so you could vote over and over even if not logged in) well. who know.maybe some good threads will get going over here being as this is still very new to have a USA Forum.. Thanks for your post.

Well, I thought maybe just to take a bit of the edge off. But hopefully this USA forum will become more active with many different types of threads as well.

I am so happy for dragos1 to come up with this thread. I started myself a thread line under "let's make America great again" and it turned out to be an overseas issue. Hope this one won't be affected.

Thanks for your kind words. I think it is possible that these USA forums may be more active since they united all the states..lol/ sounds kind a funny to read it that way but I think it is true,

Here in Portland Oregon today 12/14/2016 we had some snow and a bit colder weather come in a bit after noon time. I saw it on the weather forecast so I took a bicycle trip over to the Guitar Center to pick up some Drum Mics and a couple other small things I could put in my backpack last night > the 13th. I haven't been using my Truck for a few months though it is scheduled to go in for repair in the next few weeks. ( I decided to see how it was doing things with no personal vehicle) So I took to the night corridor which is very dark and even the "Cold Full Moon" was obscured by clouds and it was like I was riding on a dark invisible platform into something like the trail to "Wizard of Oz" at night. lol. But, I did well and then this morning made another quick trip by Bus getting back in town just as the snow started to come down. Evidently few people took it serious and the whole city was locked down by abandoned vehicles and lots of fender benders. Too slippery to ride a bike with this cold icy snow on the roads but maybe I will go hiking tomorrow and pick up a nice big stuffed Meat Pizza. ;-} Hope every one is well.
Cheers

Hi Ano,

I try to always hope for the best, even when there are many that seem to try and continue to perpetuate discord. I am glad to meet you. I only wish that I was a little closer to the area that you reside, I am sure that you bring a lot of happiness to all those that are fortunate to be in your presence.

Thank you dragos1,
Nice flower, merci.
For some reason, I think back at the time of Ronald Reagan's Presidency, and I am positive that during Trump's time, we will live once again those nice days...meaning "America Great Again". I wish to see President Trump for the 2nd term.

Don't know em personally. See em quite a bit.....mostly Jase. Saw him sitting in his truck in a CVS parking lot (waiting on someone, I guess), waved and he waved back.
Had a buddy when I was a teenager who lived about a mile from Phil's place down on the river.
Their HQ used to stay packed with cars with license plates from all over the country. The fervor has died down now though.
