First of all, I didn't jump on you , I responded to your post that Obama couldn't win a race with a snail, by saying (obviously) that he did win, twice.
Secondly, I didn't even see the post by Mic, I didn't even know what you were talking about so I had to scroll back to find out who Mic is and what he said.

Ken_19: LoL in one of the most ludicrous statements of this election year outgoing President Obama today said if he had been Connstitutionally able to seek a 3rd termm he would have defeated Mr. Trump.
Presodent Obama (absurdly) stated that Aamericans united under his Presidency and were happy with him as President. We were also assured that had he run Americans would have flocked to his campaign and he would have easiily defeated Donald Trump.
Analysis: Although American Presidents are noticably isolated as a rule and surrounded only by their 'yes' men and bodyguards they do have television and some Internet access. Perhaps his fanciful departure from reality today had much to do with 2016 being the year personal use of marijuana became legal in Washington, DC?

If I may ask: what did you get for Christmas from your daughter?
We had agreed not to exchange presents but my son's parents-in-law did get presents for my daughter and I and we had not presents for them, it was uncomfortable but I will invite them for dinner in a couple of weeks and perhaps i will get something for them

She sent me a round trip plane ticket to visit her and her husband for Christmas week
During that week we ate out twice
We saw a beautiful Christmas light show
She cooked many delicious meals
The three adults and two dogs went to the ocean to play in the sand ... she lives in the south where it's warmer then NJ
That's a good idea to invite them for dinner. I don't think you need to reciprocate with a gift since you agreed beforehand not to exchange. They probably brought a gift because they were uncomfortable going to your house without a kindness. If you buy a gift you might be starting something that will continue next year and then you will regret that you gave a gift. A special dinner is enough
