About three months ago, I starting going for evening walks. I went from one mile to three miles twice a week. I bowl at least once a week and am in the pool 6 days a week. When I started I was short, fat, and useless. Now I am short, still fat and useless.....but I have a great tan!
One2note: Thought I'd go for a run today, as I've not done any form of exercise for months ! I planned to do a 3 mile jog , but after a mile , I nearly collapsed from exhaustion .
I considered myself relatively fit but after today's effort , I'm far from it !
So my objective for the next few months , is to get fit for the summer !
What's your short term objective or goal .

Good for you Staying fit or at least trying to should be an on going endeavour and that is what I've been doing.
