sophiasummer: I only read your post about kindness.

I do believe that kindness is such a powerful extension if one can bother to take time.
Things will happen.
Kindness will always come back.

Soph

Nice

2intrigued: Hiya Felix and thanks for your post....thought this thread died along with kindness.
And.....the pizza was being handed to migrants.

well yaknow we all have differing opinions on migrants and the homeless. But none of those preclude simple kindnesses. I think your thread topic is a much needed diversion.

True enough Felix....I originally posted this thread as a gentle nudge/diversion for folks here because there was a fair bit of fighting going on at the time. hug

Bnaughty: If you´ve been there 19 years he should be rewarding you! Don´t spend $500 on him you crazy man!!

In just over 12months he has brought me 3 x brand new trucks worth over confused ummm i'm guessing a million dollars ... not to mention many moons ago ... i had nothing as in sick leave, holiday pay etc...

He gave me one years holiday pay well in advance... If i died he would have lost 4 weeks pay sort of thing ...

I know what you are saying Naughty man hug cheers ... This man hired me all them years ago when i was in a rehab service with a bad back, when no-one else would touch me (liability) etc... He took a chance on me and it payed off for both of us .... he has me lol grin .... and i have a house, car and kfc for dinner tonight chicken laugh

I'm not rich of course and just back at work after 3months off (again) .. crook ... 6months off in past 12months (crook) blushing

Anyway BN ... any ideas for a Christmas prezzy for him conversing ?

I kind of agree with you BN.

I can see why you want to show your appreciation, Lookin.

But sometimes a well-chosen token gift is more appreciated than somebody spending lots of money on a gift as that can be a little embarrassing.

Save the money for your dentalwork as that is important, and choose a small present which is significant to your boss. He will appreciate that bouquet

Lookin4missright: yeh, i was joking about the v***rator thing lol.

Hmmmm a decent coffee machine, i might check that out... thanks Molly Moo Juice

I can't recall ever seeing him with a coffee come to think of it

Too cool, check this one out it's an engine c/machine lol

I wonder where they sell them

Maybe check to see if he drinks coffee first laugh

But a nice Nespresso machine or similar would be a nice present to get if he does.
