True enough Felix....I originally posted this thread as a gentle nudge/diversion for folks here because there was a fair bit of fighting going on at the time.

In just over 12months he has brought me 3 x brand new trucks worth over
ummm i'm guessing a million dollars ... not to mention many moons ago ... i had nothing as in sick leave, holiday pay etc... He gave me one years holiday pay well in advance... If i died he would have lost 4 weeks pay sort of thing ...

... This man hired me all them years ago when i was in a rehab service with a bad back, when no-one else would touch me (liability) etc... He took a chance on me and it payed off for both of us .... he has me lol .... and i have a house, car and kfc for dinner tonight 
I'm not rich of course and just back at work after 3months off (again) .. crook ... 6months off in past 12months (crook)
Anyway BN ... any ideas for a Christmas prezzy for him

I kind of agree with you BN.
I can see why you want to show your appreciation, Lookin.
But sometimes a well-chosen token gift is more appreciated than somebody spending lots of money on a gift as that can be a little embarrassing.
Save the money for your dentalwork as that is important, and choose a small present which is significant to your boss. He will appreciate that
