I noticed and experienced that people who unsatisfied have difficulties to be conscious than others.they like to daydream.the dissatisfaction may be about his body, job, education, partner or kids .even they try to focus on current work it difficult. His or her thoughts always bother him.those obsessions always invite them to daydream world.

They have difficulties to continue their work.slower than others.he or she may be blamed on themselves about their own less productiveness.but cannot figure out the reason.when they get tired of daydreams, next thing will be the sleepiness.

like to know about your experience and knowledge about this.please comment.solutions are important.

"people who unsatisfied have difficulties to be conscious"!

Satisfaction and or unsatisfied represents opposites.
Mind practicing the middle way path in principle should be less likely to suffer from contaminate by the afflictions of like or dislike.
A mind if actually contaminated by the affliction of satisfaction or mind feeling unsatisfied is unrealistic thinking same as any judgement because to my mind both would represent a flawed reasoning process and therefore cannot truly produce lasting happiness.

Our minds are dualistic and its very likely anyway an error to think what might be someones level of consciousness..

The slowing down followed by negative consequences followed by sleepiness sounds remarkably like a descent into a bout of depression to me.

You can't solve that. Only the person with the illness can tackle that, but first they need to recognise it for what it is.

If, however, someone is having difficulty in concentrating (that can be a trait of anxiety and depression) you perhaps could try breaking down their tasks into smaller bits.

If they are less overwhelmed with things to do, they will perhaps be less distracted.

If they achieve a small task and get positive feedback, that can be a boost in all sorts of ways.

It's something I practise myself when I'm feeling anxious and overwhelmed. I try not to think about everything I need to achieve and set myself small tasks to complete and then give myself a pat on the back for doing it. At the end of the day, I count up all the things I have achieved, rather than berate myself for the things I haven't achieved.

It's a technique which gets me through a whole load of stuff I don't really want to do, or I'm having trouble motivating myself to do.

Give them a loves of being curious about everything when they are young. As they get older, perhaps learning to live in the here and now. Set SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely). They must sit down and think about their goal(s) and draw them out and put them on display as a constant reminder.....

ChesneyChrist: In any case whether it's the depressed rank and file or the tortured core of high flyers the solution is spending time with children.

I think you may be mistaking the cause for the cure.

Great subject. thumbs up Perhaps CS is also full of daydreaming and nightdreaming people who escape reality from some life challenges ...and that's not always a bad thing if that can be controled in moderation. My job can be mentally challenging to deal with some difficul behaviour psyhotic patience in hospital etc.
and I find it's relaxing me to enterntain myself on CS to laugh and joke about something but if trolls are around ....than psychotic patient might be easier to handle rolling on the floor laughing
