Bloody scary hey not being able to breathe, i'm glad you got through it. I didn't need a operation, just had to piss a lot for a week lol ... my willy kept falling out of the bloody bottle 
This has been building up for months and months and i didn't know why so many things were going wrong
... Now that part is over (thank whoever) i can get on with it.Now what's been the goss while i've been away lub?
