Best way for me was to quit and if I wanted a cigarette I asked someone who was smoking menthol or any other disgusting taste. After a few times inhaling I thought: I don't like this and threw the cigarette away. Within a month I was cured.

Last year, for example, I believe I smoked 5 times and this year only 3 times (for now).
It has been usual for me to lose my tobaccos (out of date).

Quit cold turkey 16 months ago. Now when I sense the smell from someone's clothes, I just go: yuck... it's totally gross. Glad I've managed to get out of that trap.

I started smoking when I was 7, and quit when I was 15.
Once I figured out that you could smoke all day, and not get high...
