The worst thing you ever bought?...
Were you ripped off, carried away with sales patter, or did you just buy new tech that became very cheap very quickly... My first satellite navigation device for the car cost me over 400 pound sterling 10 years ago...i mugged myself, now I can't even give it away... mumbling...

I'm experiencing the buyers remorse right now: I've quit smoking for 19 months ago and not for the money saved I want to buy some jewellery that would remind me of how much I've gained by quitting. It meant to be a ring or a bracelet that I can wear every day.

It's one time splurge by default, but I cannot make up my mind - there's so many beautiful pieces, I want them all :(

But that's the nature of technology. It quickly becomes worthless.

Early cellphones were the size of a handbag and cost several thousand dollars.
