I visited Ho chi minh last summer, stayed for just over a week, never needed a visa, so surprised Canadians need one. I found the people very friendly but the local food not that great, but there were some Thai restaurants that made up for that lol

Communism is modern in every sense but capitalism. Authentic tradition and religion are opponents of capitalism and they’re smashed by a state which then turns on the working class. This is ideal for capitalism.
