M4_Mischief: im not sure I get ya....can you explain a bit more?.....
Have you ever felt physically ill or in pain after an accident or whenever and someone tells you that you look fine, and maybe even adds something like ... quit your whining (but your not really whining.) id add another description of what they might tell you but i don't want to offend anyone on cs.
Gotcha...nobody can tell you how you feel....the only one is you....unless you have gifts such as being an empath and we can feel how you feel....I was born with mine and I have to work with a hone my skills because my mind is often so busy I have to learn to quiet it in order for my gifts to come through more clearly....so I guess in a way that is training myself but its all been done on my own.....I have a bad habit of telling people sometimes how they feel rather than asking.....I am now trying to turn this around by remembering my new ask don't tell policy.....its all a work in progress and I own that and didn't even realize it until a little while ago....so no I am not perfect and everything is a learning experience....I grew up that way so I guess always being told how I feel and never asked so im glad to have broken or at least working on breaking that habit....

Exactly i am so guilty of doing the same thing when greeting people, especially people I have’t seen in a long time.
well you can train yourself to turn it around by remembering to ask don't tell......I don't think it requires much beyond that.....recognizing it is the first step I guess.....
