I joined CS to see if there was a single guy I could connect with. Turns out, I'm connecting with singles all over the world for friendship and communication on the forums & blogs. I'm very happy with those results.

True that, most of the "single guys" who email me here must be fake profiles as their messages read like they never made it out of the 1st grade. 
"hi, how are you.I liked all ur photos.ur very beautiful smile. What are the plans for the weekend? I like you to meet and communication. i would like to know you more. Tell me more of about you.so I will wait to hear it from u."
Of course, he's also an engineer and is pulling in $150K annually. He's got his Masters, but he just hasn't mastered the art of spelling or grammar.
In those cases, I do exactly what CS site rules advise: I report them, then block them.

I am not looking. And to be bluntly honest I haven't been in a relationship forever and a day. Not even that many dates in the last ten years

I think most people came here with the intention of finding someone, but gave up hope. For some reason writing random comments can be quite fun. I ended up on here because i Googled, how to find a Finnish man, and this sight appeared as the first answer to that question.

Im gonna through a possibility out there. While there are other sites with forums they are typically for specific reasons. Political forum sites, cars/trucks/bikes, religion, music ... ect. But "dating sites" usually have a little bit of all all these things.
The hardest part is finding active sites, or active better stated active members.
